They contacted us promptly after the Request For Quote went out to all contractors in the area, and showed sincere enthusiasm for the work, even though our project was very small (it was to come out to Alabaster to fix a front porch light fixture, which had been ripped off my elderly mother's house by 'porch thieves' who had targeted her). They came out to my mother's home, were respectful of her property and her privacy, inspected the work to be done, gave me a prompt estimate of the costs (and were willing to discuss the cost with me on the phone as well). Then, they went out the next day and completed the work, and billed me exactly what had been quoted. The work was professionally done with solid competence regarding electrical issues. Unprofessional and unfinished work, I needed this job done with a month, it took him over 3 months…read morewhen he mentioned he could do it within weeks. Anyways, as being in the military I had to be out of state, I told him I would not paying the rest of the money until he finished the job, We almost went into a legal process. He even wanted to contact my military unit and talk bad about me, I had to hire someone else to finish a faucet leak he left unfinished. Very unprofessional.
