HIPPA violations, sending a blood draw patient out into the waiting room dripping blood everywhere, was told in my room that she's on blood thinners and had to apply pressure about doing a blood draw. Around other sick patients waiting on medication they have been on for years. Happened more times than I can remember. Video calls for Level 2 controlled substances, should come with a certain set of questions every single call. They don't care about patients at all, getting phone calls from a doctor in Kalamazoo for a family function at 9 pm at night whenever it was. Same doctor in South Carolina and not allowed to practice medicine anymore. I would not be surprised if any of this was recorded or even reported to proper agencies that there supposed to answer too. I stayed quiet for so long, I felt I was wrong in the situation in some way. They belittle patients and back them into a corner, no physical therapy offered, other remedies. Just as much time to sit in the office to collect money. And talk bad about customers behind the counter for waiting patients to hear. My appointments would be moved to different days because they are trying to make as much as they can off insurance company. Vanburen Pharmacy is right there with them, I'm supposed to sign for my medication before I check to see if my medications are accurate for what I signed for. Roughly 5 weeks ago I was prescribed Zofran for nausea, 45 of them, signed for them and only got 27. I was told to come back that he had to order them. I did what I was asked to do, the same day I was told and he played stupid. Like they were all right and there. I've been more than accommodating to both of these places over my time there. Fraudulent activity and no patient should have to go through what I have been forced to do, Started this medication in June of 2018. And refused to give me the medication, for the last time. Over a problem I had nothing to do with. As I was rushed off the phone with zero help as always. The entire organization needs to be investigated, always excuse after excuse. Pharmacy was moving and no one wants to work with them. Never on time to place of business he should be at if he actually wasn't making fraudulent decisions. No improvements can be done. They are all frauds. I should have changed doctors years ago. Medications that are controlled are by law required to be given the date they are due, can cause death from withdrawal symptoms. Everyone is aware of that, except these worthless Absolutely vile to be so ignorant on patients needs to be met. And not too mention pain from getting off of them. Just the response from a doctor that's not even at the office most of the time shows its credit to patients being worth time and not the money they earn off health insurance companies. Rude and disgusting
