Everyone in the office is super nice, friendly and accommodating. The dentist and his staff explain everything they're going to do to prepare you, which I always find helpful. I didn't feel like excessive treatments were being placed upon me and while they do educate patients on the need to floss, attend regular visits, etc. no one is there to make you feel guilty about maybe skipping a few days of flossing. I always book my next appointment upon leaving the office and they send plenty of text message reminders (if you opt-in) which makes it all that much more convenient.

Upon entering, was advised that Dr. Tanios-Rafla had retired and the business had been sold to a new dentist. Absolutely floored ! ! ! All this happened, and no notice was provided to ongoing patients by Dr. Tanios-Rafla, nor by the new owner/dentist. This patient was midway through an extended procedure, and left high and dry, left to find a new dentist to complete the procedure. Has to be the height of unprofessionalism. Can't believe a licensed professional would behave in this manner. Will be addressing with the State Board of Dentistry.

Dr. Shukla , has been such a wonderful dentist , with a great staff ..I have had two appointments…read morewith her already and I can say she has changed my mind and the fear I had of going to the dentist office. I have had an extreme fear of the dentist ( due to past experiences)which resulted in not going for 2-3 years or on and off , instead of the recommended 6month period. Finally I decided to go because of pain I'd been having in my tooth. I can't emphasise enough how good this dentist is, especially if you have a fear like I did. I felt NO PAIN during any of the visits and was kept informed throughout the examinations! FOR ONCE IN 24 years of my life I left the dentist office with a smile, no pain, no bleeding cuts, and a whole new perspective. Can you believe that I was actually looking forward to my next appointment (which by the way she booked me for an appointment 2 days after my first consultation ) very fast . She fixed my two small cavities and my two chipped teeth . I was ecstatic when she finished , it looks great (I will put up my before and after pictures once I get them from her) Dr. Shukla made sure to match the best she could to my natural color , she got it on point! One of my favorite things about her is that she has you tell her all your wishes for how you would like your smile to look , or how to make your teeth better. I told her all of my concerns , which she made sure to write down ! So far we knocked 2 from my checklist , I can't wait to finish it up and see how my smile will be at the end of this journey !!!! IF YOU WANT NO PAIN , AND A BEAUTIFUL SMILE GO TO DR. SHUKLA !!!
