And finally, I have definitive proof when yesterday I got a phone call and a text message from the office asking me to schedule my crown. I had to be the bearer of bad news that they no longer want to do business with me, but this is exactly what I mean. There is no organization. There is no communication. Just got off the phone with their front desk and my appointment was canceled for the third time and they try to reschedule me again after I've worked my whole schedule around this. And they tell me the doctor has a stomach bug and when I insinuated is there nobody else she laughed and said well we can get the doctor to come in and work on you if you really want them working on you sick while laughing. So at this point, I asked her what is the cancellation policy if I canceled today day of appointment and she said $100 so I'm hoping to get $100 credit on my account because that's not fair for them to be able to do this for the third time This office was great at one time but now all I hear are excuses and people not knowing what they are doing getting multiple phone calls in one day to change an appointment. Keep an appointment. I'm pretty sure the doctor went away and he just called out sick today. UPDATE: they discontinued service with me because I told the truth about their service. Seems as though they cannot deal with brutal honesty. Look they called me 3 times in one day to cancel and reschedule this appointment - for the same damn day the doctor ended up canceling day of - hours before the appointment. Again they use to be amazing - now they have a front office who is inconsistent and management that can't hold them accountable.

For some reason, the Somerset office is much more organized and has a beautiful view of the farm across the street. Other than sometimes having a long wait time (today I waited in the dentist chair for 15-20 minutes before being seen), this office is pretty good. The oral hygienists and dentists do quite a nice job at cleaning my teeth. Additionally, I think they provide good oral hygiene tips and recommendations. Clean office. I will continue to get my dental work done at this office.

Save yourself the trouble and find a dental practice that operates professionally. This one does…read morenot. This place is undeserving of one star. I visited the Somerset office of this "practice" on Monday, May 4, for a routine cleaning. Most dental insurance plans cover two cleanings each year. An employee took photos of my teeth. Afterward, one of the "dentists" at this practice claimed I needed a special cleaning that costs thousands of dollars and to have a filling redone that would cost $60 out of pocket. (My insurance would be on the hook for most of the cost of the cleaning but I'd have to pay upward of $600 out of pocket as well.) It's worth noting that most insurance plans also cover the cost of fillings. Judging by the many one-star reviews, it is clear this is a shoddy practice that puts profit above patients. One of the principles of the Hippocratic Oath -- which many medical students and physicians take in some capacity -- is to act in the best interest of the client. The "dentist" I spoke with during my visit did not act in my best interest. Needless to say I left without allowing her to perform any work on my teeth. The entire experience was distressing. Again, judging by my own experience and that of others who have left critical reviews, this facility has a pattern of quoting/charging obscene amounts for routine procedures. I have already reported this practice to the New Jersey Attorney General and hope they conduct a thorough review. I have also filed a complaint with my insurance company. I would not recommend anyone patronize this place unless you wish to risk being taken advantage of.
