The young man at the counter appeared sluggish as I handed him the lap top and not really interested and stated that it was an older machine and asked if I had tried a different charger. To which I answered that it had taken the charge as the orange light had turned to white. (in the past that had signified that it was charged.) He looked at his computer and informed me that they were backed up and that it would be next week before they could take a look at it, then appeared to have second thoughts and said it might be at the end of the week. Truly, I felt like I was an inconvenience and the lack of enthusiasm for my business was astonishing, especially since I had read rreviews that had encouraged me to go there. With hindsight. it makes me question how they managed to write glowing reviews. As importantly, they spoke in plain language and were very patient with likely silly questions I had -- again, not a common experience with mainstream tech services. We weren't ultimately able to resolve the problem (I had incompatible devices), but I was blown away by LCR's service and conscientiousness.
