Thats an exorbitant price for the work done. There's no way a file transfer should cost over $30, including the DVD it was put on. If you prefer being ripped off then completely avoided (considering he doesn't return phone calls, claims to be out of town, works by appointment only, let's his mama do all the communicating), then definitely give this guy a call! Small Claims court, here I come!
