My girlfriend & I went to this store to sign her up for Boost along with purchasing a new phone. We…read morehad done some research online beforehand, but this was still our first time signing up for a phone plan ourselves, so we were a bit intimidated to say the least. When we arrived, the staff eased our nerves by being extremely friendly and personable, and they made sure to treat us as people rather than a quota to meet. We also ended up spending half of what we expected to due to them explaining options that were better than what we had seen on the Boost website. The only downside is that we had to come from Owensboro. Hopefully KG Premier can bring back the location they used to have here! Overall, I would highly recommend coming here, especially if you're new to phone plans like we were.

I have been a loyal customer of boost for 15 years. Yesterday I went to this store to get a screen…read moreprotector for my new s24. They didn't have one but told me the s23 screen protector would work. It didn't get close to the edges even with my case on so I took it back in. The person behind the counter didn't know how to give me a refund. So today I went back in and talked to the manager he said that screen protector would work too and also they don't give refunds on accessories after the end of day. So he gave me a charging cord for the price of the protector. Said it was the same cost. Since they don't post prices I could only take his word for it. I'm seriously disappointed with this store and will not return to it.

They will take money out of your check without telling you anything if they can't figure something out. Also, if you quit they won't give you your last check of commission you made for them. They will literally find ANY excuse to not pay you. It's been months and I'm still waiting to hear back on what I did wrong to have money deducted/money held this time. They accuse you of being a thief with no proof to back it up, or claim you did something wrong to not get paid. I thought it was illegal to withhold wages like that but I'm convinced this place is run by crooks. They have managers post fake reviews to get their ratings up. It's okay for employees are drunk or high while on the clock helping customers. However, seeing as they will do anything to take money from your check or to not pay you, it's not surprising. They will lead you on a wild goose chase for your last check just to not pay you. If anyone would have gotten back to me on the last check I earned, I would keep my mouth shut about all the illegal things that happened at the stores owner by Sukar and Sons, but since no one will get back to me I want to warm future employees and customers of who you're buying from.

Even if you catch someone who's new to the store or unfamiliar with crafting, they're usually able to point you to someone who knows a bit more. I really wish they sold fabric. An employee recently told me plans to sell fabric were scrapped in favor of selling themed party supplies, which is fine I suppose but with Joann's gone and Michael's advertising that they're going to be selling Joann's products now, this feels like a really big missed opportunity. I'd been wanting them to sell fabric since they opened and I was starting to get hopeful that it might really happen soon.

I had never done an amazon return at a UPS point, so I wasn't sure how it worked... would they box it up? Would I need to bring my own box/tape? We come crashing into the store with a bag of packing tape, scissors, and a box at 8:15 pm, when they're going to close at 9:00--- we were an absolute disaster, but Sky was so kind and patient with us!! Amazing customer service, and very friendly! The return made it to amazon on time (this was literally the last day to return it, so I'm so glad they were able to process it) and all worked out! We also got some summer garden items for 70%, so that's a win! Always love fake tropical plants!
