My son had taken lessons with Dave many years ago and absolutely enjoyed Dave as his instructor.

Mark has been my son's tutor, a junior at Analy, for math and chemistry for this whole school year…read more He has been an excellent tutor/teacher to my son, as well as a mentor. He is always available to discuss concerns I have and my son's progress with me. He even met with his math teacher, early in the year to better understand his teaching philosophy and how he conducts his class. My son is an athlete who has a difficult schedule to work around, but Mark worked hard to accommodate him. Mark has the option of in-person or virtual sessions, which were great for my son and he used both about equally. Amazingly enough, Mark also encouraged my son, to call him with any additional questions after sessions. I can't rave enough about Mark's skill as a tutor and the relationship he has fostered with my son. Lisa P.

So in addition to great local food and beverages, we went camping on the North coast, hiked the redwoods, tok a scenic flight to the coast and back, and wandered through the city. All the great things this place has to offer. In addition he wanted to learn how to play guitar and surf. I helped him with the surfing part and Mark gave him lessons for the month that he was here. They had sessions twice a week and after the second week he was playing a few basic songs. When asked why he was doing so well with this he replied. "Mark is an excellent instructor. He is passionate about his job and loves what he is doing. He is also a vey kind and patient teacher. He takes his time with me and makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. No pressure, just a positive learning environment." Not only did he learn how to play the guitar, he had a fun time doing it! Couldn't ask for more!

Great guitar shop. I recently purchased a Fender Mustang LTX50. This is the best amp at this price…read morepoint. It's better than a lot of more expensive units. I've been researching a new amp for a while and i definitely made the right choice. The employees were very helpful and the store has a great selection. Their online inventory appears to be very accurate as well. There were 2 in stock when I checked. When I got there they had already sold one. When I bought mine it updated almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for guitars and gear.

A little TLC from this music store with the professional, friendly, helpful, and very pleasant staff (Jackson, Kyle, and Chris) was all it needed. They went above and beyond what I expected. The guitar was ready before their estimated time and I have not heard this guitar sound this good for a long time. My 13 year old daughter is now of course in love with the beautiful red Fender Acoustasonic Stratocaster they have for sale. I would suggest you check it out. I would have bought it without hesitation if possible. I think it's a very good deal for the price and the sound quality and playability is Wow. It's already our second visit here in just a few months and we will be back again. Special Thanks to Chris. You rock!

I've earned my music degree and studied with quite a few teachers over the years, yet Josh has taught me new invaluable things and helped me overcome challenges I've struggled with for years. I've enjoyed their adult cast musicals and have heard from people involved that they are a wonderful group to work with. All the teachers also seem quite knowledgeable and committed to their students. The owners Christa and Evan are committed to creating a beautiful place for the community. I just want to say that I'm a little put off by your policy. Nobody mentioned a fee for a trial…read morelesson when I made the appointment and looking through my emails you didn't mention the $45 fee for anything until after we missed the appointment. I would have driven all the way to you just to turn around and leave because of your fee that wasn't disclosed upfront. Most local studios and private teachers I have found to offer an initial lesson for free to see if it is a good fit. If that's is not the case with you it would be a much better business practice to be a little more upfront in the future. It feels incredibly dishonest.
