I called the number provided, was told I was next in line, then next time it was a 20 minute wait. I opted for a callback. When the callback came, this time a 6 minute wait and asked me if I wanted a callback again! What the heck, I asked again for a callback. When it came, it was another 3 minute wait. In the meantime, I had updated my insurance on their check in portal. When I finally got to a representative, he said it takes a while before they see the update but I should be fine. I'm happy with my Doctor, but this administrative process seems broken to me. If the text had said call or check in online with your insurance info, all of this frustration would have been abounded.

He was given an incorrect prescription, and we had to take him to another location and pay for another examination and a new pair of glasses. The doctors at the second location were very concerned when they reviewed the prescription he had originally been given. After these experiences, I would not feel comfortable recommending this location to anyone. An eye exam and prescription need to be accurate, and mistakes of this nature can have a significant impact on a patient. However, the doctor knew the one eye had blurring from the OTC medical ointment. I did not request a Refraction exam for which I was charged $75, and this is not covered by insurance. In 50 years of eye examinations, I never was presented with this kind of bill. My eyes were way overly dilated. I felt blinded by normal light, (even wearing dark classes). plus had a headache and nausea for 7 hours, even the next day. The vision examination was 20/25. 20/25 vision is considered good and very close to "normal" (20/20). But the doctor gave me a paper to take to the optician in their office. I have Intraocular Lenses that are multi focal. I do not need classes. I felt it was just a sales pitch. The cyst was treated at the end of the appointment. Please do not send the automatic apology.
