I've been coming to this location for primary care for the past 2 years. I found comfort with Dr…read more Ajmani who is attentive, comforting, and passionate with her patients. She is real sweet with many years of experience under her belt. They accept all major insurance and use MyChart to communicate with patients. Also, any billing concerns or for payment, can be made on there. The team up front to check you in are very professional and friendly. Even when they're busy, they will acknowledge you as you walk through the door. They will kindly offer you a mask if you don't have one. Sanitizer is around for your convenience, along with a water cooler for your thirst. I usually have to get my blood drawn before coming to my appointment. I try to come a few days prior at least. The last time I went, it was difficult as I have deep rolling veins. I normally request for them to draw from my fist. They were out of the type of butterfly component to draw blood from the fist. The phlebotomists there are also friendly. The last gal I did dealt with was not as patient in my opinion, and suggested that I go elsewhere to get my blood drawn or come back another time. I surely did not want to go elsewhere as I should be able to get it done here. Plus, I waited for her to come back from lunch before I had to go to work. I would think there would be more than one person. But, I cannot fault them if they're under staff. Overall, I have a good experience here and feel as my health is being taken care.

I went to see Amandeep Mann at Kent Family Practice in 2022. I was supposed to get my annual…read moreMedicare physical. I was given a physical, but I did NOT receive a Medicare physical - and I only know this only because when I returned in 2023, the Medicare physical I received was entirely different than the one the year before. Before I went in for the physical in 2023, I asked how long it would take and the receptionist said 30 minutes. This is important to me, as I am a teacher and need to let the school know about coverage. While at the appointment, they told me they needed a urine sample. If I'd known I would not have gone to the bathroom before I left for the appointment. When the Nurse Practitioner Mann came into the room (30 minutes later) and asked about the urine sample - when I explained - she gave me a bottle of water. Why didn't her staff do that? They just kept pointing me to the bathroom and telling me to try. Also - when it was time to be weighed, I walked toward the scale - a medical looking scale - and was told, "No not that one" and they brought out a bathroom scale that was dirty and broken on one side. Whaaaaat? That appointment took an hour and 30 minutes. An hour more than what I was told!! After that hour and a half appt, I received the results of the blood work and needed a follow up appt, but - I also needed another appointment for a follow up on cat bite I'd had treated at Urgent Care. I called to make an appointment and to see if the appointments could be combined. The receptionist said she wasn't sure, but would check. I then asked how long she thought it would take if..... and before I could finish my sentence she said "30 minutes". Ugh. I was really upset and told her to let me talk to someone who knew the answers. Amandeep Mann got on the phone and I told her how I had been misinformed about the approximate length of my last appointment, and that her staff didn't seem to know answers. She said, "We are doing our best here!" And I said, "Well it's not good enough!" and she said, "Well then you can go and find another doctor!" I said, "I will!" - and that was then end of them. If a medical office does not have a staff that makes patients feel cared for, and it cannot provide what it's supposed to during an appointment, and it's a little dirty - I don't want to be there. I have a doctor at UW Valley Med now, and I feel very cared for. I do not recommend Kent Family Practice at all!!!

I…read moremade it very clear to the staff that we needed to get the stye removed and it had been there for two months. We got a an appointment for the very next day. We went in and paid. The doctor was running about 45 minutes late. Then we were sent to an eye specialist. I was never told in my initial conversations with their staff that we would be getting sent somewhere else. We paid for the doctor to tell us to go somewhere else. When I called their office to ask for a refund they told me that we had to pay because the doctor thought it was in our best interest to go see a specialist. Ridiculous! I would not refer his office to anyone! That is very bad business practice!

For 20+ years now I've been going to doctors all over for help with pain. They all ran their…read morestandard tests and when I didn't fit into those categories by testing positive for any of those conditions, they'd tell me it was all in my head, they told me I was depressed no matter how much I said I wasn't and finally a diagnosis for Fibromyalgia so they could quickly write me off. I finally gave up and lived with it as best I could until this last year when the pain became debilitating. My boyfriend suggested Dr. Sanchez saying that he was a good doctor who will sit and talk to you, which we all know is very rare these days. My appointment lasted over an hour with an examination and a lot of talking. He said that he didn't agree with with my past doctors and sent me in for an MRI. Turns out that had any of the other doctors really stopped and talked to me, put down their checklist of insurance preferred conditions, and treated me like the pain wasn't all in my head, they'd have discovered that I have a serious spine condition which has caused a lengthy list of secondary issues (the issues that the previous doctors couldn't make sense of). So I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sanchez to anyone who needs a good doctor. Sometimes you have to wait a long time which I know is frustrating, but then I think about how much he really does for you in those appointments and I understand why it's taking a while longer for him to get to me.
