Why do babies need unnecessary X-rays? And apparently if you refuse fluoride they treat you badly. If they looked at her mouth and she needed X-ray for treatment that would have been fine but forcing unnecessary treatment before anything is assessed? To get more money? Cool. Then a friend told me this office forcefully shoved tools in her toddlers mouth until she was choking and crying and screaming and they wouldn't stop. They both were traumatized. Do not take your child here.

In fact, he is so wonderful I even switched my child to him around age 7. He has top of the line equipment, and his hygienist are some of the most gentle cleaners ever. Where I've never left after a cleaning in pain, only clean smile. In addition, His staff has worked there FOREVER too which is another excellent sign he's an amazing employer to them. He's never tried to up-sell me or anyone in my family nor recommend something unnecessary. In fact he's saved me money when I switched my husband to him where another dentist was taking advantage of him at the time (only went to another dentist due to Saturday only availability). I've found it's worth driving far or taking a day off to seeing dr Haddad because I know I'm getting the best of care for myself & family. The dentist noticed the severity of their lip and tongue tie that both girls have. He walked me through all the possibilities of how it could develop or how we can work through it if it impacts their eating and speech. The facility itself was clean and organized. A very comfortable environment for young ones who may not like medical looking spaces. The staff was so nice, patient and willing to answer anything. They completed dental work that they knew would not be covered by my insurance and when I asked them to submit a new claim the said that "Dr. Young needed to send a letter to the insurance pleading on your behalf". The insurance company never received any such letter and now I am stuck with an outlandish bill for someone with dental insurance. Do not go to this company unless you want to get scammed. I will also be reporting them to the CA Dental Association and submitting a grievance to my insurance company to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Very disappointing.

Miss Judy is so warm and welcoming- to my little ones and myself. She explained everything in a fun way so that they really enjoyed their visit. Dr Chris is also patient and kind with my sensitive 5 year old. He really met her at her level of comfort and explained things thoroughly as we attempted to get her first exam. We'll be back next week in an effort to get a better look and get her cleaning.
