I wanted to join the Secret Service and one of their mandated requirements is to get eye surgeries. However, I was never given a transparent explanation on how thick or thin my corneas are. I'd read about the horrors of lasik eye surgery, and the recent suicide of a police officer really made me think twice and such. Dr. Feinerman gives you evaluations for free on that stuff. My heart goes out to that police officer's family and friends for their loss. Dr. Feinerman and his team are so wonderful and amazing. They have these machines that thoroughly examine your eyes and even has a small machine one the size of a small coffee maker you'd find at Target that tells you how old your prescription glasses are.
