I went for a deep cleaning, however when I sat down in the chair the hygienist started to belittle me because I had not gotten a root canal yet. Started lecturing me as if I were a child. Then told me I couldn't have a portion of the cleaning done because of the root canal. There was miscommunication regarding how many visits this would take etc. And had to get the girl at the front, who was unprofessional and would not admit any fault. I ended up walking out because the hygienist had an attitude and I was worried she would take her aggression out on my mouth. I will never return. There is zero empathy for anyone who gets anxiety about going to the dentist. I felt that the staff is unprofessional and has zero bedside manner.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The receptionists were very helpful, gracious and understanding. Christy, the hygienist who worked with us, was incredibly patient, gentle and accommodating. She even offered my youngest a dentist figurine to squeeze because she was so nervous. She went above and beyond my expectations with how caring and professional she was. Dr. Koveck was also very thorough and considerate. Even the rest of the staff we briefly met were very friendly and welcoming. As a mom of kiddos with special needs, their sensory challenges can be very stressful. Advanced Dental Concepts did a stellar job and I can't thank them enough!
