He numbed me and came back about 10 minutes later. From many years experience with dentists, I know when I not numb, so when he started yanking on my tooth, I immediately felt pain and raised my hand. I told him I felt pain, so he gave me more novacaine, but instead of waiting 10 minutes like before, this guy started yanking on the tooth right away! Again, I felt pain, raised my hand and said, "I can still feel that." He was behind me, and I could feel and hear an abrupt move that he made, and then I saw the plastic glasses he was wearing FLYING THROUGH THE AIR AND LANDING ON THE COUNTER ACROSS THE ROOM, followed by him saying, "I'm going to have to come back then!" in an obviously irritated manner. I would NEVER go back to this guy again. He's RUDE!!!

Everyone was very helpful in scheduling and he was made comfortable the day of the procedure as he was very nervous. His procedure was done in under an hour and his recovery pain was minimal. The office checked on him the following morning and the dr was available after hours to answer our questions about some renewed bleeding my son experienced on day two which was a Saturday. The office even called to follow up on that after the weekend. Everything healed nicely.

I was there for a cleaning, and the hygienist (Christina) wanted to do a procedure I asked her not to. She insisted, I said no a second time. I had to say no 4 times, and then she said I should see the "other hygienist" next time I come. Today I went it for some major work. The doctor recommended I see an oral surgeon. I was fine with that. But I couldn't get an appointment with the recommended oral surgeons anytime soon. I asked if I could speak to the doctor again, I would wait. I really needed help getting an appointment with an oral surgeon. I'm in pain, and can't wait a month to see someone. Michele, the dental assistant who was talking with me, told me I was yelling. I was not. She said her feelings were hurt because I said no one would help me, and she did get me a few more names. She said she had gone over and above what she normally would. Getting names of a few oral surgeons is over and above? She told me I could call any oral surgeon (I know that). I would also mention that our conversation should have taken place in private. Not in the waiting room. Michele turned her back on me and shut the door in my face. Way to go, UrgentDent. This shows complete lack of respect and professionalism And I've been a patient there for many years. While I think the world of Dr. Nik, I'll be looking for a new dental practice. Incredible. Amazing. Wonderful…read more I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years due to fear (and, honestly, a bit of avoidance) but Dr. Ranjbari has been so kind and patient with me. He explains everything, checks in to make sure I'm comfortable, and makes me laugh. The entire team is seriously awesome, especially Jasmine at the front desk. I'm scatterbrained and forget to ask things in the moment, but she always answers my follow-up questions with patience and detail. I never feel rushed with her or anyone here. In the past four weeks, I've had a ton of work done. Extractions and restorations (no more silver fillings!) and even with the extractions, I had minimal pain and swelling. The restorations look fantastic, and I actually can't stop smiling. Am I actually starting to enjoy going to the dentist because of this place? Yep. Absolutely. Super grateful to have found this wonderful office!
