They can't keep good dentists for long because they overwork them. Its sad because there is a need in this area especially for the elderly or less fortunate. When they do get a good dentist they are gone within a year ( my friend said he has had about 5 different dentists in 3 years). Both Nadine and Doctor Costa worked well together to help calm my friend. I am thankful that they let me go in and sit in on services performed. I am so glad that I don't have to go here in this town. The hygienists are overworked..the dentists are overworked..and the skilled dentists leave ASAP. The front desk employees are miserable..no good morning..no expression. Either very unhappy or don't care. When I called the Surgery Center to complain about my hurtful treatment by my nurse I spoke to a very nice nurse at first. Then the nurse manager called me with a bad attitude to start with then she basically said I was lying. I think if they have cameras in the surgery room etc. it would prove I'm telling the truth. Not sure how far I will take this complaint but the abusive nurse and manager should lose their jobs.

He explained my different options and together we made a decision. Dr's office staff was very helpful, too. My insurance had previously told me he was a preferred provider and then went back on it, charging me out of network rates. They waited for payment while I hashed it out with insurance. The office is fully entitled to request payment while I deal with insurance, but they were understanding and kind - and in the end my insurance paid. I would certainly recommend Dr Phillip Jones.
