I do not trust Kelly Roberts and Betsy at this firm. I had to leave several messages and send…read moreemails begging Kelly to respond. Betsy seems to have a chip on her shoulder and has a nasty attitude. She did little to assist and seems as if she was hired to tell clients that Kelly is unavailable and it is what it is. You are charged for their mistakes and issues then told there are no issues with the bill only to be roped into a back and forth ending in additional charges. I'd pay thousands upon thousands for quality, but that is not what I found here. I am still waiting for a refund of my trust account and expect to be yet another fight with the firm.Do not deal with Kelly or Betsy.

I highly recommend this law firm. My family worked with MartinWren, P.C. attorneys for over 4 years…read moreon a very tricky case, and managed to win. It involved a major insurance company, defendant who left the country, and multiple types of experts. The strategies our attorneys came up with included things that have never been done before - providing a great value not just for us, but also for future cases in our state, and beyond. Impressive dedication, worked day & night when necessary, a great sense of when to be slow and sensitive vs fast and legally aggressive. Very responsive and willing/able to clearly explain legal complexities. They also knew who to work with when we needed to hire (or briefly consult) different kinds of experts. I have been truly impressed by what this firm was able to accomplish. Special thanks to Bob Byrne, and Jonathan Wren. Much respect!

The last time I spoke to Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen I did not mention I was transgender, but this time I did. Shortly after I mentioned that fact I was asked to make the call brief after I was clear about whether or not I should give the brief or detailed version. The longer version seemed to be fine until I mentioned the transgender harassment. I would not recommend this law firm to the LGBTQ community.
