Such a bad experience, my wife and I got up and walked out! He stuck us with his partner and she was condescending, argumentative, not at all interested in answering our questions did not care about our situation or concerns. We spoke with her approximately 10 minutes and we caught her in at least two blatant lies. She actually had the gall to tell us that when we spoke on the phone with her and even when we were speaking right there with her in person in her office at her desk, she said there was no attorney client privilege until we paid her and she started the case. After my wife and I fired her, we walked outside contacted another attorney and he confirmed my suspicions. He told me that indeed any time you are in discussions as a client with an attorney, whether there is an open court case or not, over the phone or in person and even if no money has changed hands, the attorney client privilege still stands!
