I was told when I was going into surgery that I was having a bunion, took off the side of my foot but that's not what happened. He cut the toe off and put in two screws and been infected ever since. I've had to have another surgery and still gotta have another surgery. NOT BY HIM.My foot swells three times the size of normal and all due to this person please think twice. And when I asked for a copy of my paperwork, my file could not be found. It's totally disappeared and returned a week later .My first yelp was took down. I do not know the other doctors at this business because at the time I had my surgery he was the only one.

Let me start of by saying a Great Big Thank you to the Doctor. Once you enter his office you will…read morefeel right at home. You are greeted by a soft spoken kind receptionist. The environment is very clean and smells really good in there. So I went to a nail salon to get a pedicure, which I had an allergic reaction to the acrylic on both of my big toes. I had them put fake nails on so I can get a design for my birthday. A day later my toe swelled up with a blister and it was itching so bad. So I called affordable podiatry, immediately I received the text from the doctor, he asked me what the problem was and to send him a picture of my toe which I did. He then immediately sent me a text telling me what I needed to purchase to get ease from my itchy toes. The most important part of it is he was away in a conference so he couldn't get to me and that was on a Friday so I'm thinking okay Monday is Martin Luther King's birthday he'll be closed now I'm stuck but he came like the superhero he is and save me and my itchy toes. So I text him back and ask for his cash app info. At this point I was so relieved and happy he help me out. He text me back, and said there will be no need for that this is free of charge. So yes he is a Great doctor and a kind person. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends. Thanks DR!

Nowhere in our paperwork did it say to arrive 30 minutes early or get cancelled. Your own website says to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork - which we had already filled out electronically. Very very poor service offered at the front desk. I was taking my 83 year old grandmother who suffers from alzheimer's. You can imagine her confusion. We will not be going back. This is the worst service I've ever received at a doctor's office.

At 3:15 the office made an announcement the Dr Boatright was running an hour behind which was an understatement. At 3:45 I had still not been called. I cancelled my appointment and will not be rescheduling with this doctor. This office charges the patient $25 if you cancel under 24 hours before the appointment. Maybe they also need to reimburse patients $25 when they can not uphold their appointment times since we have to waste time and take off work to see them. I for one will not be returning to this office at Orthopedic Group in Mobile, Alabama. And I definitely will not even consider scheduling another appointment with Dr Jeffrey Boatright. My suggestion is do not waste your time
