Nowhere in our paperwork did it say to arrive 30 minutes early or get cancelled. Your own website says to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork - which we had already filled out electronically. Very very poor service offered at the front desk. I was taking my 83 year old grandmother who suffers from alzheimer's. You can imagine her confusion. We will not be going back. This is the worst service I've ever received at a doctor's office.
