They told me that I need a crown, I just said I'll wait on that and that's it. They didn't pressure me. But back to my experience. I got checked in promptly and the person was very nice. I lost the qr code that had all their info. I think her name was Jennifer. I might be wrong. The assistant that got me set up was Melisa ( one S) she was very nice. The personification of customer service. She really helped put me at ease. The doctor was great, he was reassuring and nice. I didn't think he was pushy. I think it's his job to educate people and there have been a lot of connections with poor oral hygiene and health issues. I hadn't been to the dentist in 8 years because I have very very very bad anxiety and ocd. That being said the hygienist Amanda was great. Full disclosure i had a terrible panic attack. Nothing to do with her, she did amazing. She was reassuring, gentle and very professional. Just my own brain rebeling against me. But yeah she was great, very patient while I let the panic attack go over. I recommend them 100 percent.

I was recently given an estimate for a crown at a cost of $2399. For payment up front the cost $2051. I paid up front with a credit card. Meanwhile I obtained a second opinion from another dental professional. No evidence of the procedure was detected. I moved my account and requested a refund. I received the refund less $61 credit card service fee. They had my prepayment for six month without performing any services and still charged card fee. I have no issues with the skill of the dental professional working there. I just choose a more patient relational ship practice.

The referral process itself was pretty smooth. This was my second office selected and I'm glad I was able to come here. I was able to get into the initial appointment within a week. After finally getting in for the endless pain in my mouth and literally begging to relook at a bottom tooth that seemed to also be giving me trouble the doctor obliged my own sense of pin and sent the referral information both teeth. As for the appointment it did get scheduled a month out to get the actual root canal which was insanity when someone is in pain, however they only do root canals on Monday so it was what it was. My initiation Al appointment was scheduled for 4/18 but the office called on 4/8 @2:34 for a 3:15pm cancellation. Boy oh boy did I hit a beeline yo make it there. The actual appointment was in and out. From the ease of paperwork to the actual root canal it was painless. The doctor was so caring and compassionate to ensure I endured minimal pain . And honestly I didn't feel a thing and was in and out within an hour.
