He has captured my undergrad graduation pictures, pictures with me and my husband (prior to being engaged), pre-wedding pictures, and our wedding day! David is always prompted and accommodating. He has many years of experience capturing every special moment and he is very professional. From my experience, David goes above and beyond to listen to your ideas and perfectly captures the moment. I always look back at my photos and I am so pleased with the results. Not to say all photographers have to be tall but it does help hide unflattering angles. During my wedding, we had a tea ceremony in the morning and early afternoon. If you have ever experienced a Vietnamese tea ceremony, it is very hectic to say the least. David and his assistant were accommodating and very patient taking multiple group pictures of both sides of the family. During the reception, he did a great job taking photos during cocktail hour of our guests, the detail shots with my dress, stationary, tables, etc. he did everything without me advising him because he just knows and simply can read my mind. David and his team (Jasmyn and Anthony) did photos for our engagement shoot, tea ceremony, and wedding ceremony. My wife and I were nervous about taking pictures, as we are both a little uncomfortable on camera, but David and his staff were masterful with their guidance and coaching for our shoots. They did a great job mixing candids with staged photos, and had a whole set of photos planned for that I didn't even know I wanted to have taken (getting ready shots, venue walkthroughs, etc.) He and his team are the whole package deal - they know their venues intimately, scout for locations, and bounce off of your needs and preferences with ease. The photo editing was also very speedy and professionally done - he did great work removing strangers in backgrounds and adjusting colors to make our photos feel truly special and of-the-moment. We can't thank David enough for capturing our life's journey. In 2019, I reached out to David (before COVID) to capture my wedding in late 2020. He was really accommodating and easy to work with. Once our wedding got closer, I wasn't sure if we were going to have our wedding and informed David right away. Again, he was super easy going and just understood cause of COVID and what every other couple who was getting married was going through. We had our wedding and it ended up being super small, short and intimate. David and his team took amazing photos of our day. I appreciated it so much when David would show you the photos after taking them to make sure you approved of your fit and pose. Much like our pursuit to find the right wedding photographer, we made our way through meet and greets with a few videographers. After feeling unconvinced that we had found the right one, we continued our research, asking friends and family if they had anyone in mind. My wife's friend was preparing for her wedding, and we asked her about their videographer. That's where we learned about David. Shortly thereafter we reached out and met with David. It didn't take us too long to conclude that he was a good fit for what we were looking for. He had experience with Indian weddings, Vietnamese weddings, and fusion weddings, which was perfect for us. David took my graduation photos and I couldn't be happier! I can't stop looking at them! They look so nice and the quality is so clear. His prices are reasonable too! He shows up early to the location to scout out nice spots to take pictures and even helps you pose. I always feel so awkward when I take professional photos because the photographer never tells me I look/pose weird but David points it out so I appreciate him for that. We got married at the end of October 2018 and could not have been happier with the experience we received from David and his team. We live out of state and got married in Orange County. It was extremely easy to work with David. We met David on our wedding day for the first time and right off the bat, you can tell how professional he and his team are and how much they enjoy filming weddings.
