The work was priced very reasonably and he could give us the appointment within a few days. They came on time, did a great job and cleaned up after the work was done. I strongly recommend CJ for any electrical job.

He came when he said he would and had pre-purchased the parts he thought might be necessary, thus saving time. Scott was kind, courteous, and professional, with all fees and costs explained to us up front and with a clear breakdown, with the cheapest to most expensive options, repair of a part vs a whole heating system replacement. He was not able to fix our issue that same night due to a replacement part issue, but obtained the part from a supplier and came to fix our heat on the following Monday. A painless experience all around.

In fact for every appointment, they were either on time or early. The issue turned out to be a much bigger fix, but the whole time every person we dealt with was nothing but professional and helpful. Not gonna lie it was expensive, but they laid out all our options for us and we never felt once like we were being taken for a ride. And over a month out from the end of that project, we just received cookies in the mail from them thanking us for using their services. COMPLETELY unexpected, but SO appreciated. Will definitely use them again in the future should we have any issues.

Took about 6 hours with 2 visits as they didn't have a needed part. Cost was about $1200.00 for the one outlet AND I have 4 outlet size holes in 2 rooms. Only 1 was "repaired" the others are all open. Was told there would be 2, several hours in was told there would be a third or they could just leave as is and I could reinstall a gas dryer, ended up with 4. They told me they would contact me for a review. I expressed my discontent as the electrician was leaving after 2nd visit and never heard a peep from Patriot Electric.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. They were installing a rented hot water tank through unitil . Additional plumbing…read morewas needed not covered by unitil so they told me what had to be done to bring it to code. I told them I have a licensed plumber who does work for me normally as I knew they would most likely cost a lot more than my normal plumber. I asked roughly how much it would cost to do the small amount of work needed. I was told by the tech around $200 but he said he couldn't give me an exact price, so I was comfortable as I thought it was fair and anywhere around that price I was ok with just to get it done. Almost 2 weeks later I get an invoice of $798.05 4x what I was told it would most likely cost. I called and spoke to them on the phone and they agreed to take off 10% of the most likely 40%+ mark up on materials. I was only requesting they take off the mark up on materials as I would never had used them had I thought it was going to be $800 where I would have most likely got that done for less than half what they charged. Their tech told me something I trusted and honestly would have been ok even anywhere near what I was told.

Summary: Spaulding Electric provided flawless, professional, and fairly priced electric service…read moreupgrades for our family's 62-year-old home. We had a sizable, multi-day electric service relocation and 400-amp safety panel upgrade/FPE remediation project performed on our family's 62-year-old home by Spaulding Electric in conjunction with National Grid. The five-person crew consisted of two master electricians, two journeymen, and an apprentice. Every single member of the team, regardless of their experience level, demonstrated complete mastery of their assigned tasks and maintained the highest level of professionalism throughout. The master electrician who led the team maintained a remarkably calm, cool presence while managing the crew, keeping everyone productive, and ensuring the job was done well. The entire team worked efficiently to complete the project in a timely manner, always showing great consideration for our need for domestic power during the transition. We were highly impressed with Spaulding's knowledge of complex technical and code requirements, which was validated by the town inspector's full approval. Due to the large scope and cost of this project, we obtained estimates from several competing firms; Spaulding's quote was by far the most complete and fairly priced. The crew's willingness to answer all of our questions and address our concerns is just one of many reasons we will use them for our future needs. We recommend them completely and without hesitation for any tasks requiring licensed electricians.
