My older daughter had her appointment cancelled twice. The third time, the office called me the day before the appointment to update our provider on the insurance. I called the insurance company who told me that the office said that they cannot accept new patients and refused to see BOTH of my daughters again because they're "new patients." Granted, my older daughter was never actually seen, but my younger was seen twice! The office itself is filthy and unfriendly. The receptionist I spoke with on the phone was unhelpful and unapologetic. She also chastised the billing person who called to tell us that we needed to update the insurance and said "she'll be dealt with." The Google reviews are also abysmal and I read them prior but went ahead with this office because of the convenience. Let that be a lesson to me.

She is friendly, as is her staff, but Dr. Leof has the atmosphere of visiting a sister for care. She takes her time to examine your mouth thoroughly. I've had some major dental problems over the years she took care of each one. I can't say enough good things about her as I know that I have the best dental care available. The hygienist, dentist and staff were all professional and kind. They took me on time and were patient as I gagged during X-rays (did I mention I'm a wimp?). The whole experience was painless. I definitely recommend them. A special thank you to the exceptionally patient and kind dental hygienist, who somehow managed to be gentle while sandblasting the coffee stains off my teeth - even when she had to drag out the heavy machinery. The first time I went to Dental Works I got a teeth…read morecleaning and I mentioned to the hygienist that I could feel my wisdom tooth ( on the left side) coming out ( almost like bursting) she looked and saw it and said she'd get the dentist to come look at it. I brush my teeth 3 times a day. So the cleaning was less than 10 minutes. When she was done cleaning I waited. No one came into the room so I left. That's where it all began. I also saw a help wanted sign on the door and they need help. Please find a reliable dentist office that actually cares.
