I've been getting treatments for a long time, so I pay attention to technique, and she was so careful, thorough, and intentional with everything she did. She made me look so much more refreshed and balanced while still looking completely natural. I left feeling so beautiful and happy with the results. What I also love is that they offer so much in one place. I started my weight loss meds there too, and I'm already planning to come back for a surgery consult and a facial.

I went to Waltzman Institute on August 20, 2025 for a consultation for brachioplasty and an…read moreassessment for skin tightening procedures on my abdomen and thighs. Prior to this consultation I submitted photos and had multiple phone conversations with the patient coordinator Abagail. Abagail spent a long time with me on the phone answering all of my questions and was very helpful. We spent a lot of time searching for the right date to schedule the surgery, considering how long I would need for rehab, when my husband would be available to drive me afterwards, arranging a dog sitter, scheduling my pre-op appointment and all of the details which must be arranged around the surgery date. We finally agreed on the date of Thursday, September 18, 2025. I told my husband the date. He arranged his schedule of work, travel and meetings to be available during that time, I scheduled the dog sitter, I went to my pre-op appointment, I got clearance from my cardiologist and I was all ready to go on Thursday, Sept. 18. Then I went in for my consultation with Dr. Waltzman who I liked very much. We decided I would be a good candidate for the brachioplasty. He explained the likely outcome and the details of the rehab. He was also kind enough to let me know that I am not a good candidate for skin tightening procedures at my age, due to the lack of enough collagen to get good results from skin tightening procedures. I was very happy to then go to Abagail's office to pay for the procedure and finalize the schedule. That was when Abagail casually informed me that the date she and I had so carefully chosen, the one I had spent so much time making arrangements for, with my husband and his work, my dog sitter, my cardiologist, and my primary care doctor- she informed that this date was no longer available. I was so shocked when Abagail very casually informed me that she had given that surgery date to someone else. I asked her why she had not let me know that the date I had so carefully arranged for was a tentative date. She said that her policy was to not give priority to anyone. My response was that she certainly gave priority to someone else for that date when she had already promised it to me. Abagail declined to apologize to me or to acknowledge that she should have told me the date was tentative. She declined to be accountable at all for putting me in such an inconvenient position. I felt that I had been betrayed, or misled or manipulated or disrespected by this person who refused to take any responsibility. I followed up by calling and speaking to who I was told was the office manager at that time, whose name I do not remember. We had a very helpful conversation where I explained to the manager my experience with Abagail and how inconvenienced I was by being given a surgery date that was so casually withdrawn with no acknowledgement at all that she should have made it clear to me this date was tentative. The manager listened politely and thanked me for the feedback. I thought that was the end of the issue until yesterday. Yesterday I tried calling the Waltzman Institute to schedule a consultation for injections in my lower face. However, Makayla, who I spoke to today, said she had never spoken to me before, and is now the office manager. Makayla very authoritatively informed me that The Waltzman Institute is refusing to have me as a client. So today I learned that the Waltzman Institute has chosen to ignore a potential client's attempts at providing, what some professionals would consider to be valuable feedback. I am disappointed at this response and at how this supposed professional patient coordinator at a reputable medical practice was able to act in such an unprofessional way, refuse to own up to what she did, and then convince other staff members to not listen to me or to consider my feedback. These types of experiences are the most valuable learning experiences for all us, except for those who refuse to hear or listen to feedback, or for those who can't acknowledge their own accountability for their own mistakes, as in his case, when a client calls them on their responsibility to inform the client of all pertinent information pertaining to the surgical date. Before this encounter with Abagail, I was impressed with Dr. Waltzman, and I felt that, to him, earning the trust of his patients is a very important part of his practice. It is ironic that his own patient coordinator, along with the current office manager, should go behind his back to erode that trust . When I spoke to Makayla today, she verbally included Dr. Waltzman himself as one of the decision-makers who voted to ban me from his practice. However, I think that Dr. Waltzman will be ashamed when he learns of this sabotage. I hope that Abagail will at some point grow a seed of how to acknowledge her mistakes and learn that listening to feedback can be personal growth material.

I had such a positive experience and couldn't be happier with my results so far (surgery 4-7-26)…read more The doctor was incredibly attentive, took the time to listen to my concerns, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was how genuinely concerned he was about the condition of my implant and his commitment to doing what was best for my health--not just cosmetically, but overall. The office staff were equally impressive (Manoosh, Cynthia, Shannon)--professional, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The entire office has such great energy, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. I'm very happy with my breast implant exchange...so far and truly grateful for the care and attention I received. Highly recommend

Since my initial review, I have been in ongoing communication with the office regarding anesthesia…read morebilling and documentation. I did receive formal legal correspondence requesting that I remove my review. However, my primary request throughout this process has remained the same -- to obtain accurate billing records and to address concerns regarding how anesthesia pricing was presented on the day of surgery. After multiple requests, I was eventually provided documentation. During that process, I discovered that the original anesthesia invoice had been sent to an incorrect email address, which does not match either of the email addresses I have on file. This explains why the invoice was not received earlier and contributed to delays in resolving this issue. My current concern relates to the anesthesia cost increasing from an initial estimate of approximately $500, to approximately $1,500, and ultimately to approximately $1,800. The final amount was presented on the day of surgery while I was already being prepared for the procedure. At that time, I was already in a surgical setting, extremely nervous, and had already committed significant time, preparation, and financial resources based on the previously discussed amount. While I understand that estimates can change, I did not expect a final increase to be presented at that stage. I did not feel I had a meaningful opportunity to evaluate the change or reconsider the financial terms before moving forward. I was also advised that the procedure would still be billed if I did not proceed, which made it difficult to pause or reassess the situation after I had already signed prior documentation and prepared for surgery. Additionally, I had been told the procedure was urgent, which added to the pressure of making a decision in that moment. During this process, I also learned that the anesthesia provider did not present or discuss the final pricing with me directly. Instead, the updated pricing and consent were handled through staff within the surgery center. Manoosh, who works with the surgical office, presented the revised pricing, obtained my signature on the updated document, and collected payment for the increased amount. Because the payment was collected through the surgery center and the updated agreement was facilitated by their staff, I have directed my concerns to Ocean Plastic Surgery regarding how this process was handled. As of now, I have not received a response from the office addressing these concerns. I am continuing to seek resolution directly, but I would encourage others to ask detailed questions about anesthesia pricing, timing of final cost disclosures, and available payment options well in advance of any procedure. I will continue to update this review as the situation progresses.

If you are searching for a doctor that is a genius, no exaggeration, but also has the best bed side…read moremanner... search no further Dr. Justin Heller is the best doctor. I know a lot of people claim their doctor is the best doctor, but I work in healthcare and I know just because you went through medical school doesn't mean you are the best doctor. A couple years ago, I was referred by my mother to have Dr. Heller do my plastic surgery, breast augmentation surgery. It was right before my wedding, and I had a very narrow window where I could get this done. He fit me into his busy schedule and I was mot the easiest case because of my scoliosis I'm very uneven and my rib cage is kinda twisted. He took the extra time to make sure everything looked perfect. He is not only a terrific surgeon but has an artist's eye for perfection. He even made a house call to check on my mom after her surgery. I've never seen a doctor go out of his way like dr. Heller to make sure his patients feel comfortable and taken care. Now for the miracle case, recently Dr. Heller was the only doctor that actually took initiative on my perplexing hand/finger case. After a month of being in total agony, and being admitted into the ER twice for four days, no doctor would perform surgery on my swollen finger. My right middle finger swelled up while I was sleeping one night and my boyfriend had to saw off my ring to get it off. I've been having swelling of my hand and feet lately, possibly an autoimmune disorder, but my finger never went back down to its normal size. It actually continued to keep swelling and I use my hands for my work, so I was not about to lose a finger to this mystery swelling. Doctors kept saying they would do surgery and then they would come back in and back out of surgery because they didn't know why my finger was swollen and they worried draining it would cause infection. My finger wasn't infected though and I felt like other doctors were not listening to me. I finally remembered Dr. Heller wasn't just a plastic surgeon, he had a specialty in hand surgery. I drove from Orange County to Lancaster in tears and hoping he could help me. Dr. Heller showed me compassion and confidence that he would find time in his busy schedule and take me to surgery the next day. He found a clear plastic rubber band hair tie had been around my finger cutting off almost all veins and ligaments almost on the bone in surgery. So I basically had a tourniquet around my finger for a month and he almost had to amputate, but instead he decided to save my finger. I guess I was distracted one day when I was braiding my hair and the rubber band was so small I put it around my finger while I was braiding my hair and it must have skipped under my ring. When my boyfriend sawed off the ring the rubber band had slipped in to a tiny cut in my finger. No doctor even thought to look in the cut and they saw it in the CT but said it was scar tissue, NO IT WAS A RUBBER BAND! I got out of surgery and saw Dr. Heller every week and did physical therapy and his team helped me with disability insurance and were so supportive. I cannot brag about Dr. Heller enough! Some people become doctors to help people and then some people like Dr. Heller become a doctor to not just help people, but SAVE people and go to every length to make them comfortable. Go see Dr. Heller either in Valencia or Lancaster, it's worth it!!
