Grayson's Luxury Furniture stores are crooked. I am an…read morealmost 90-year-old man who is Handicapped and nearly blind. They took the opportunity to swindle me out of $4,135.44. I bought a dining room table and a bench, which cost $4,135.44 with white glove delivery. After the charge was debited to my Visa, I was informed that there was no stock and it would not be delivered until 2025 I called my Saleswoman (Angela Olson} and cancelled the Dining room Table. When I did not see the credit on my Visa, I set up a dispute with Bank Of America. The bank temporarily took off the charge immediately. The store called me and said too much was credited to my Visa account and I had to give them my credit card information so they could add the bench I received and still have. They would not accept a credit or a debit card from the Bank of America; so, it was paid by my Chase Bank Account. Now Bank of America says I lost the dispute and is charging me $4,135.44 saying then I have lost the dispute because I did not prove that I returned the Dining Table. I still need to receive the cancelled Dining Room Table, and they will have stock sometime in the year 2025. My white glove delivery was cancelled, and I have paid double for the Bench. I have evidence of these claims and have had copies faxed to the Fax number in the Dispute dept. that BANK OF AMERICA provided to me. Twice. THE manager of the Beverly Hills Store implied "Tough luck old man. The cancellation went through as a chargeback, and you may never get your money refunded. Grayson's is blaming the Bank, and the Bank Is blaming Grayson"s Bank Of America has credited Merchants Bank on behalf of Grayson's Furniture The above amounts. I even asked them about a few choices and their answers were so deliberate -- the nightstands were the right dimension to look proportional to the preexisting higher height of the bed, etc. Overall proof is always in the pudding -- our house got 30 offers, sold for ~20% over asking, and broke a record for the area (and this was before this crazy market and before Altadena was nuts). Less expensive and more expensive. From basic 2D layout to 3D visualization. It was nice because I wasn't going to spend a lot of money on the design but the master bedroom was important for me so I decided to get a 3D on that. It is always hard to chose something by yourself so Arut work with you step by step and help you to chose the best style for you. It's nice that they took care of everything. From the furniture up to the small vases on the coffee table. I asked Arut to take care of the furniture delivery since I work a lot and it is hard to control all the delivery process, when you receive 20 calls from delivery companies , it's just drive me crazy. Now I have my interior design printed on hands, we ordered all the furniture. I thought I'll have a hard time looking for the handyman who can assemble all the furniture, and I need few walls to be painted. But I was surprised that Arut has his own crew and they can handle almost any problem in your house ) It is so great when you have trustful person who can handle all of those problems.
