If i could give them less than one star I would. I was only in NY for two days and made an appointment for the Triad Facial two weeks ago. They sent four messages confirming the appointment. Then two hours before the appointment they ask me to delay by an hour. I say ok. Once i get there i am told to wait. They then take me in to see Dr Colbert after waiting for a half hour. Then he comes in for a second and tells me he will be right there and makes me wait another half hour. He then sees me for five minutes with no grand recommendations. Passes me on to his nurse who is like I'm sorry they shouldn't have booked you, Kristen is still busy doing a laser fire another client. I can't help you, you can wait more if you like. The whole time he was smiling and laughing as though my waiting for now 1.5 hours after a half hour drive to get there was in some way funny to him. I asked him why are you laughing and he said i don't know. I then asked to speak to a manager to which he ambled along saying I'll see who i can find. I then went to the receptionist to ask her why they had booked me when they didn't have someone to do the treatment and she told me to have a nice day. This was the single worst experience in a med spa that has the audacity to charge $1200 for a facial and treat people who are willing to pay that crazy number like this. I've been a patient of dr Jessica weiser even before she joined NYDG. Today I called to make an appointment for some brown spots and moles but the receptionist, Alanna, was so rude and nasty, talking in a loud guttural voice rattling off why my condition isn't covered by insurance and she wants 350 bucks. Just like that. No attempt to be pleasant, and lacking in breeding to know she should be embarrassed about she talks to patients. More importantly, ignorant and untrained so doesn't realize skin cancer isn't treated my medicine and is covered by insurance. I declined an appt. any business that thinks so little their patients to make them endure such unpleasantness doesn't deserve my money or my time. Think this practice is too good for ordinary people and will treat like them shit if their name isn't Angelina Jolie. read more

I have been using Dr. Colbert skin care line for two months and it's amazing. I have spent a lot of money on skin care products over the years and have been very disappointed in most of them. I could open my own skin care store with all the skin care products collecting dust in my medicine cabinet. I have been using the Colbert M.D. Day, Night and Serum and after a couple of weeks I could see a notable difference and have gotten a lot of compliments from people. I have deep laugh lines that I have had all my adult life and I have hated, but in the last couple weeks I have noticed them getting a lot smaller and less noticeable. i just had my first botox (the dermatologist actually used Dysport) treatment at NYDG in New York. I paid 1200$ for my forehead (no crows feet) result is ok but many of my friends pay half of that for results that are just as good or better... what do you think? read more

When I first went to Dr Colbert. I found him to be pleasant, and helpful. I would get botox, and I was more than satisfied. But after a few treatments. I had decided to get a fraxel treatment. I got the botox in one room, and then I went into another room when the Fraxel machine was. Another doctor preceded to do half of my face. Which was my right side. She did a wonderful job, and I could tell by the fluidity of her hand movement, that she was good at this new treatment that I had never had before. Then Dr. Colbert proceeded to do the left side. I could tell by the conversation between the two doctors that this was his very first time doing this, and she was teaching him, and I was the ginny pig. He wasn't as smooth as the first doctor, and once I got home. I could see visible spots that weren't fully manipulated by the laser of the machine. The end results were okay I guess. With in a half a year I wanted to do it again, because I still had lots of son spots. When I made the next appointment, I made the huge mistake of asking the receptionist if Dr. Colbert had done more Fraxel treatments on his patents, or does he have the other Doctor here to perhaps do my Fraxel treatment, and Dr. Colbert can do my Botox treatment. I didn't really get an answer, and I was told to wait to see the doctor. I waited in the office for over an hour and a half. I finally went up to the counter and told the receptionist that I did plan on having the treatment, and I know its quit costly, and I know I have to wait an hour before he can start the procedure because it takes time for the numbing ointment to set in, and if I have to sit around and wait all day. Maybe I could do so with the numbing ointment on my face. So, after being there for about three hours, I finally get to see him. He hardly speaks to me. I had gotten along well with his assistant, and I think his assistant could even tell that the Dr. was furious with me. He does the procedure as well as he did the first time, but this time he repeatedly went over my lip implant really hard. After a day of down time. My face was fine, but it looked like I had a busted lip where he repeatedly went over my lip on the side. In the exact same spot. Anyway, yesterday I went to another doctor, and got the fraxel treatment for a third time. My down time will be a whole week, because they did a thorough job. When Dr. Cobert did it. I was able to go to work the next day. After getting the procedure from two different doctors. I can see why Dr. Cobert tried to sell me a package of three, because one needs to go back more frequently to get the same result as other doctors. I'm sure there aren't many complaints from his patients. I think the moral of the story is. Don't ever question a doctors capabilities, unless you want a fat lip. read more

Simply fantastic. I fly from South Florida just to see him. He spends time and reviews all that he recommends so you fully understand your procedures. He will ask all the right questions to fully understand what "you see". I have been getting injections for years and these are not procedures you want to try with just anyone. He is the best I have ever visited and would suggest if you are looking for a Dr that is also an artist this is the place. I have found that my results last much longer. Unsure why but the difference is so remarkable each visit I get immediate comments about how relaxed and refreshed I look. They think it's a vacation, I know it's Dr. Colbert! read more
