Another extremely nice and knowledgeable woman will assist you in getting any and all dental benefits you have. Then you are called back for your appointment by a wonderful dental assistant and made to feel very welcome and relaxed (or as relaxed as possible at the dentist.) Then the moment you have been fearing all day. . . the doctor walks in. Dr. Gerald Glenn is so sweet. He is very kind and understanding. He will explain everything to you in layman's terms and make sure you understand what he is saying. This is just the best dental office I have ever found (and I'm old) and I recommend them to everyone I can. If you need a dentist in Aurora, please go the Glenn Smile Center, you won't regret it.

Worst dental visit of my life…read more I went to Dr. Wise's office as a new patient. When I arrived the receptionist said "Oh, you decided to come anyway." Wait what? She went onto say "they were supposed to call you, one hygienist call off today." NOBODY ever called me. I would not drug myself to the dentist first thing in the morning just because. She said we can still get you in. I was taken back to the dental chair, where I sat next to a fussy screaming child as I waited to be seen. The hygienist was the first to see me, as she was doing the cleaning, she slipped a couple of times painfully hitting my gums. After, Dr Wise came in, he performed the exam and took xrays and ordered upper and lower molds of my teeth. I inquired why I need them for a basic check up and cleaning. He said "I require that of all of my patients." I pushed back a bit because I did not feel that they were necessary. He demeaned them, so they proceed with the molds. Then he went onto order additional xrays. I cannot imagine how much ran up my insurance bill for all of the unnecessary (never used) molds and additional xrays on top of the cleaning and exam. I did not received an invoice. At the time I was in my mid 20's, with no dental issues and I have always taken good care of my teeth, and practiced good hygiene; I actually floss regularly and go to the dentist twice a year. This experience has always bothered me.

She will over charge and tell you that you are covered for a procedure and now you have made an appointment thinking it's covered .....then she sends you a bill to pay it or within days they will send it to collection for the money. There is a lot of original artwork that makes it feel unique and way different than other dentist offices I have been to. Lee has a wealth of knowledge as a dentist and 20+ years experience. Even before COVID Dr. Lee and her team were following the health guidelines that are recommended for COVID. Her office is BEAUTIFUL and doesn't FEEL like any dental office I've ever been in before. There is beautiful artwork everywhere, the chairs can massage you while you're laying down and if you want you can even turn on the TV above you and watch a show while they're working on you. And of course, her work is amazing. I've had to get crowns on my front teeth and they look SO GOOD. If you need anything from general dentistry (cleanings, etc..) to cosmetic work - this is the place to go!

I trusted Dr. Henes to fix the gray discoloration in my two front teeth after an accident. He…read moreconfidently told me he would have no trouble covering the gray, but the final result had two obvious gray lines running straight down the veneers. In outdoor lighting it was even more noticeable and honestly embarrassing. We agreed to have him redo them and also veneer the two side teeth. During the process, while he was grinding the side teeth, he actually knicked a small chunk out of one of my existing veneers. On top of that, the lab kept producing veneers that looked completely unnatural and did not match my teeth at all. At this point I lost trust in the entire process and decided to go somewhere else. I did not even receive a refund for the damaged veneer, and they refused to offer any type of partial refund even though the work was never completed and the original issue was never corrected. He also did a very poor job explaining the process and I still do not understand why he did not properly block the gray the first time when that was the entire reason I went there. I strongly advise avoiding this office for veneers. Dr. Henes is not a professional cosmetic dentist and the work left my teeth looking worse than when I started.

This practice is super clean and well maintained! Dr Kulkarni is great as well as all of her assistants. They take the time to really explain everything being done and the expectations. They work well with you on payments, since braces are not cheap! We truly appreciate that. We have about two years to go and so far so good!
