Since approximately 2018, I have experienced ongoing difficulty reaching the clinic by phone after a longstanding pattern of not receiving callbacks after leaving voicemail messages. Calls frequently go unanswered, and voicemail messages are often not returned. This has been a consistent pattern over several years, resulting in limited ability to reliably contact the clinic regarding patient care concerns. On the occasions I have reached "Pat" (office assistant), I have been told she is busy. However, when I attend the clinic in person she has not appeared to be occupied with patient related tasks and has instead been conversing with staff or not engaged in work at the front desk. I have spoken to other patients that attend this clinic and they have the same complaints and find it highly annoying. This creates a barrier to accessing care and communicating with the office. Based on my experience, patients should be aware of communication challenges when dealing with this clinic.

He will prescribe you wrong pills, won't remember even giving you a prescription and worst of all he won't tell you when you have something seriously wrong with you.. even when it's right in front of his face. My mom luckily got in with another doctor after his receptionist ignored her calls and she finally got some answers.. after one visit with this new doctor. Also, Dr.Lo yelled at my mom after my sister emailed her concerns about the lack of care he was providing.. made her sign a paper saying he is right and she's wrong. This was a blessing because the ignored phone calls pushed her to find this new clinic and get the care she deserves and needs. So I guess he did one thing right, telling his receptionist to not accept my moms calls. To add, the person that referred my mom to Dr.Lo is having the same problems and was admitted to the ER because he screwed up their medication. Stay far far away from this clinic!!

While highly intuitive and observing, he won't jump to conclusions before he's gotten the necessary x-rays or MRIs to be absolutely sure. But his initial diagnosis has always been spot on. He's a friendly doc who, unlike many docs, isn't rushing in and out of rooms. He takes time to talk with you. He's older, so he went to med school about 40 years ago but keeps up on all the recent research. When you come into his office, he is usually at his desk doing some reading of the latest medical journals. It's probably why he has so many patients and can't accept new patients. Also if he knows you don't have a medical plan he's very generous with samples from pharmaceutical companies.

Yesterday I went to see Tim and he was extreamily knowlageable about both footwear and feet. When I told Tim about the injurys I have he was ensuring and he was very eagger and willing to work around my handy caps. I had a a really hard time looking for a 14 2E extra deep shoe. I have tryed on up to 6E with no luck because the top of my foot was too low. I will be back to custom Orthopedic for my next pair of shoes

Incompetent business…read more I went to this shop on September 4, 2019 to find a pair of therapeutic shoes along with the orthotics themselves. These were to be paid through my insurance, which is where I usually send the request to, but the orthopedist said that they prefer to send it, so I had given the electronic contact information for my insurance to him. On September 18th, I phoned my insurance company to ask why I haven't received a notice for approval. According to them, they hadn't received the request from Custom Orthopedic. I immediately contacted Custom Orthopedic and the orthopedist claimed to have sent the request himself and that the insurance company is mistaken. Once again I sent the contact information directly to the orthopedist in addition to the contact information for the insurance supervisor. The orthopedist said that he would phone back the following Friday. He never did. After phoning Custom Orthopedic on September 21, I learned that the request to the insurance company was sent by fax, not email. This suggests that the fax could've gone anywhere since I hadn't given them the fax number that my insurance uses for this purpose. The person that I had spoken to didn't seem to care about the situation and directed my concern to the owner who would not be available until the following Monday. I've decided that if I have to wait another month for orthotics, I may as well get them through a different orthopedist.

And Lycka wasn't responsible, mature, or compassionate enough to admit that. I never complained because dad like Lycka and there was nothing I could do to convince him to see someone else. I never wanted to write a bad review because I was afraid of the consequences for my dad. But now that he's passed on, I can say that I believe Lycka kept him sick. My dad once visited an actual doctor at the University who dealt with immune diseases like Lupus, and she told him that she didn't think he had Lupus. He got better instantly. I couldn't remember seeing my dad that happy and healthy looking. Whether it was mind over matter or he actually didn't have Lupus we will never know because when he went in to see Lycka, this jerk told my dad that she was ridiculous... of course he had Lupus. And that very day he started acting and feeling sick again. To say that I hate Lycka is an understatement. I believe that this evil man kept my dad sick for 30+ years to fund his lifestyle, and in the end, after prescribing unnecessary medication, caused his cancer that ultimately killed him.

I am very conflicted about my doctors office. My doctor is great. She always takes time to answer…read morequestions, is very thorough in answering and is super friendly. That being said -- I can't stand the receptionists here. They are really rude, barely give you a smile when you walk in the door. Whenever you have questions, they are very short with you and give you very little information. Also, it does not seem to matter if I make an appointment early in the day, or at the last appointment spot, I am always kept waiting. Today I went in for a 9:15am appointment and I was told to come half an hour open. When I showed up at 8:45, the door was still locked! The receptionist finally came to open the door for me, but I was confused as to what I was doing there so early. I wasn't brought into the exam room until 9:30 and my doctor didn't see me until 10:00am, a full 45 minutes after my appointment time. I was super frustrated.
