The office is close to public transportation, the staff is calm and the office is whimsical and professional. I have been able to get appointments promptly and the wait time has always been reasonable. The staff is professional, articulate and helpful. Also, the doctor has capability to take your lab sample on site!!! Yes, the doctor will take your sample, and will send it in for you! Not only is it time saving, I liked that I was not handled by multiple people - just one doctor. This doctor was recommended to me by a local physician, a family member has seen him too and found him to be very thorough and personable. I highly recommend this doctor!

Despite multiple calls, I keep hearing the same response -- that they will "follow up with the coordinator," but nothing actually gets done. There is no option to submit a complaint through the patient portal, and emails go unanswered. As a patient, this lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable, especially when it delays necessary medical care. The doctor may be good, but the office management is very disorganized and unresponsive. Because of this experience, I am seriously reconsidering having my procedure done here.
