Not only is it time saving, I liked that I was not handled by multiple people - just one doctor. Yelling over $6k as though she is the one paying that outrageous amount. This is unprofessional. I am a patient. I can have a terminal condition and instead of some bedside manner I get barnyard animal attitude! It's customer and patient services. Despite multiple calls, I keep hearing the same response -- that they will "follow up with the coordinator," but nothing actually gets done. There is no option to submit a complaint through the patient portal, and emails go unanswered. As a patient, this lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable, especially when it delays necessary medical care. The doctor may be good, but the office management is very disorganized and unresponsive. Because of this experience, I am seriously reconsidering having my procedure done here. I hope the office improves its communication and takes patient concerns more seriously.

If you don't pick up, then he leaves you a message telling you to call him back, but doesn't leave the results of the tests themselves in the message. Those he ALWAYS gives you over the phone or in person. He delivers the good news briskly, and you feel he is as happy and relieved as you are. I've also seen him deliver uncertain or bad news with kindness and understanding, spending hours with her and her family discussing which option would be the better one. It was a contentious proceeding, but he handled it with diplomacy. professionalism and patience. The process lasted for several hours, concluding in a major decision that prolonged the patient's life. He has embraced the latest technology and pioneered an easy check-in process that streamlines the provision of patient information including insurance.

When I met the doctor he made me feel extremely calm. Explained the issue I'm having and how it's a rare case, lovely. He had great bedside manner and didn't mansplane aka man explain things to me. I appreciate how gentle he was with me. I was in by 9:10am and out by 9:40am. The office is super clean. I loved that it was on the 23rd floor. You get some beautiful views while you're in here. Dr Gross is a great doctor I might considering switching gastro doctors. I think its funny that's his name because gastrology can be gross sometimes, hehe.
