I have gone to this optometry clinic, I believe for around 15 years. I had something going on with…read moreone of my eyes. I was debating if I should go to an urgent care clinic or the eye doctor. I called here at 8am and they said they could see me at 1120am. I arrived about 5 minutes early and got checked in. Two people waiting were taken back plus another gentleman who came in after I did. It was about 30 minutes later that I asked about the wait. Someone comes out and they don't apologize, they just tell me it will be about another 10 minutes before they take me back and then it will be 30-40 minutes before the optometrist sees me. For how much more this clinic charges for eye exams compared to others, this level of care is pitiful. I took off from work to be seen so I was already losing money, I wasn't going to lose more money to wait another hour to be seen. Word of advice for the clinic. No one wants to wait for even half an hour before being seen. Making someone wait nearly 1.5 hours after their appointment was scheduled? That is absolutely outrageous, if you keep that it you can plan to losing more than just my business. I will never come back.

The staff in the optical shop was great especially Brooklyn. She and Elizabeth were so nice and helpful. I was so pleased with my experience until today when the optometrist refused to fill my prescription and make my glasses. She wanted to run her own eye exam, which I declined because I have an excellent doctor who is very familiar with my complicated eye needs. Next thing I know, I receive a message that she won't fill my glasses, no reason. Bad business and I will take mine elsewhere.

They do have a cafeteria area that has a couple shops to get food and drinks. I've never eaten there, but I did try the boba before. It was good, but you can't adjust the sweetness on the drinks. I love that they have some neat areas with large heaters that look like flames. We came here and warmed up a couple times while shopping. There are plenty of parking spots scattered around the outlet mall. I like to park behind Columbia store. I feel like no one ever parks there. There are good sales around the holidays, so go check them out.
