I took time to go to their address of 25 Corellies Ave. They were not there. The other businesses told me to go to the office on Columbia Tpk. I went there. For God's sake, why don't they change their address? Their address is still 25 Corellies Ave. I sent detailed texts to the owner, Jason Hanziger, with photos of my driveway for a free estimate. They ripped up the old driveway that had the gravel, leveled it out. There were around 10 or 11 guys including the owner. It looks beautiful. We had a few estimates and decided on Fossett's. Neil the owner came down and did the estimate after my wife explained what she wanted done. He listened and made a few recommendations and so we agreed on a price and a date. They came down around 7:00 A.M. and were gone by 2:00 P.M. They did a fantastic job and Neil the owner stayed and worked with the crew the whole time. We were home and he kept us posted on what was going on. His crew were very friendly and really worked hard on this. We had some refreshments in the refrigerator in the garage so the guys could just help themselves to the gatorade, water while they worked. I just provided a plastic container for them to thrown them the empties. He has a very polite crew. I would recommend them anytime. By the way, the price was good also.

Since spring 2024, I've repeatedly contacted the company by phone and email, hoping they would stand behind their workmanship. Instead, I've experienced more than two years of unanswered calls, broken promises, and repeated inspections with no resolution. In 2025, salesman Joe Reehl inspected the damaged driveway and said he would discuss repairs with the owner once L. Browe was working in the area. I never heard back. I continued calling and emailing. In May 2026, another employee, Joey, met with me, assessed the damage, and said someone would contact me within two weeks regarding repairs. No one did. After another call, I scheduled a second inspection with Joe Reehl on June 20, 2026. After looking at the driveway again, he told me, "I'll speak with the owner. It's his decision." Once again, I never received a response. In July 2026, after yet another call to L. Browe, employee Gabrielle Boomhower told me she had heard they could "patch the damage" but understood that I didn't want a patched driveway. I replied, "That's correct. Patching a driveway that failed because the base wasn't done properly doesn't seem fair to me." (See the second video.) A driveway that costs tens of thousands of dollars should last around 20 years--not less than nine months. Gabrielle then gave me owner Lorne Browe's cell phone number and suggested I call him directly. I did, but he never returned my call. I want to be fair: the paving crew's work ethic was excellent. My complaint is not about the crew--it's about the company's refusal to stand behind its work after the driveway failed. Mistakes can happen on any job. What matters is how a company responds. After years of phone calls, emails, inspections, and lack of follow-up, I am warning people so they don't end up in my position. He quoted my chimney repair as a 3-day job, but the project quickly became disorganized. Different workers showed up almost every day, they often arrived without the proper tools or materials, and work was repeatedly delayed. At one point, Bob even had to borrow a ladder from a neighbor, and he left concrete debris along the side of my yard. The most serious issue was that Bob caused significant damage to my home by stepping through the ceiling in my foster children's room. Instead of being upfront, he initially misrepresented where the damage was so I wouldn't notice. Since April 2026, he has repeatedly promised to repair the damage and "gave his word" multiple times, but he has failed to follow through. After weeks of missed appointments and excuses, he finally returned only to say he was overwhelmed and needed someone else to help fix the damage he caused. At this point, I simply want the ceiling repaired properly or a refund so I can hire someone else to fix the damage. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bob's services. Bob, there is no need to lie about anything. Also, using your mother's account still is unprofessional.
