When I explained that my insurance had just kicked in and that I was covered, she immediately dismissed me, insisting that "not all the time it is." I tried to clarify and even offered to provide my insurance information, but she told me I'd have to come into the office first. Later, she mentioned that I could send my information in something she could've just told me from the start. The tone throughout the conversation was very sarcastic and passive-aggressive. When I called back to confirm that my insurance was indeed active. I asked about my potential co-pay, and although I had no issue providing my information, she stated that even with it, she couldn't tell me. She also made a confusing comment about "main" procedures being covered, but when I followed up on that, she changed her wording and broke it down in a way that felt condescending. As someone new to the office, I didn't feel welcomed or respected. I genuinely wanted to schedule here because of the many positive reviews, but my interaction with the front desk left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this, because first impressions matter and this one made me reconsider becoming a patient. As someone who values good service and has a large online platform where I often share my experiences with businesses, I genuinely hope the office takes this feedback seriously. I'm not posting this to "call anyone out," but to encourage better communication and professionalism moving forward.

I am an in-network patient with United Healthcare and had multiple services performed in early 2026. I have been dealing with ongoing billing issues with this office since January 21, 2026, and as of today, this matter is still not resolved. While the clinical care itself was acceptable, the billing practices and lack of communication have been extremely concerning. Despite receiving insurance payments, my account does not reflect any contractual (EOB) adjustments that are required for in-network providers. Charges appear to be based on full billed amounts rather than the allowed amounts under my insurance plan. Additionally, several claims were submitted using incorrect procedure codes, which resulted in denials. These issues were not corrected or resubmitted by the office. I prepaid for services and have paid over $5,000 out of pocket. I have also confirmed the office received and cashed insurance payments, yet they continue to state I have a balance. Based on the payments made and proper application of insurance adjustments, my account should reflect an overpayment. Instead, they have not reconciled the account and have not issued a refund. At this point, it appears they are attempting to collect payment from both me and my insurance for the same services, which raises serious concerns about double billing. I was also told that billing my insurance was being done as a "courtesy" and that I would need to handle denials myself, which does not align with expectations for an in-network provider. I have made multiple attempts via email and phone to resolve this directly, including requesting a call with the doctor. Dr. Jennifer Muir has refused to communicate with me despite repeated requests, making it extremely difficult to resolve these issues. I encourage anyone considering this office to ensure full transparency regarding billing, insurance processing, and treatment estimates before proceeding with services.

I have implants put in by Doctor Schuetz has multiple times before so I knew what To expect, or so I thought. Sadly Dr. Schuetz passed away. My apt was for Wed May 27,2026, I explained how this one tooth is giving me a repeated problem with food getting caught in it. From the moment I sat in the dental chair, everything went down hill. The girl insisted I needed a full set of x rays done in order for this new doctor to look at me. I said I just had a complete x rays as well as a 3 D X ray done up in Boca by Doctor Leichter not a few months ago. They could have called there and requested a copy but insisted they needed to do the X Rays. Thy insisted they need a set for this new doctor. So I had a set done. Upon looking at my mouth Dr. Jennifer Reynolds said I have 3 teeth that can be done in on be visit so I wouldn't have to drive back and forth so much from Coconut Creek, Then they tried convincing me to have have root canal. I said no, I will go with an implant as doctor Schuetz has done for me in the past. They then said I need to see their surgeon dentist for an implant and I need a 3d x ray done before seeing him. This surgeon dentist comes to talk to me and tells me NO, three teeth will not be done all in one visit as I was told before. Now I have contradicting stories. After having that 3d x ray taken, then finding out lots of multiple trips will be needed, I sat waiting and waiting to see a dentist. Instead of seeing a dentist, I was first told these costs must all be paid up front before work can be done. Plus I am to sign an agreement before the dental Surgeon will even look at me. Something didn't feel right so I left. Upon returning home I called my periodontist in Boca Raton, who called down for a copy of the X rays. Affordable Dentistry refused to send them to him, which were already paid for in full $359. This place has turned into a giant scam. Scheming people into believing they need lots of x rays and then refusing to send them to another dentist upon formal request requesting. They do not only NOT follow the American Dental Association (ADA) Code of Ethics. I have since learned This office is no longer a member BBB as they received an F. Had I known any of this from the beginning, I would never have come here. I went there based on my past 6 years of experience. What a day of hell this has turned into for me. I could not have been more mistaken. I walked into his office literally in tears. I was at another dentist that took my insurance, and from start to finish it became clear to me that their is in fact a HUGE difference. Instead of going on about the terrible experience at the other dentist I want to share what I saw and felt to be the biggest difference. Dr Naierman has stellar bedside manner. He is polite, and takes a few moments to speak with me before even touching my mouth. While looking in my mouth he is not "heavy handed" and is quite aware that their is a person attached to "that mouth". He is professional and caring. After looking at my X-rays it was determined that I would need additional work done. He explained what/why/how. His staff was kind and eager to help with qs and the overall happy feeling in that office, I am sure, is a direct result of the working environment and watching Dr Naierman interact so well with the people that come in. The only thing I am sorry about is that I am moving away and won't be able to use him as my regular dentist.
