I could not have been more mistaken. I walked into his office literally in tears. I was at another dentist that took my insurance, and from start to finish it became clear to me that their is in fact a HUGE difference. Instead of going on about the terrible experience at the other dentist I want to share what I saw and felt to be the biggest difference. Dr Naierman has stellar bedside manner. He is polite, and takes a few moments to speak with me before even touching my mouth. While looking in my mouth he is not "heavy handed" and is quite aware that their is a person attached to "that mouth". He is professional and caring. After looking at my X-rays it was determined that I would need additional work done. He explained what/why/how. His staff was kind and eager to help with qs and the overall happy feeling in that office, I am sure, is a direct result of the working environment and watching Dr Naierman interact so well with the people that come in. The only thing I am sorry about is that I am moving away and won't be able to use him as my regular dentist.

I…read morehave to leave this review as after a horrible job they did on my tooth, they refused to be responsible for it, they care only about the money, not the people. In December 2024 I came to the office with a horrible pain, I am.sure it was a bad infection on tje tooth, that had an old filling. After an exam, Dr Feyberg told me, that it was not nessesary to do the root canal. He yold me, that he stopped believing in root canals, as it "killsthe tooth", and that it would be better kist to wait and do tje crown. Starting from 12/2024 till March 2025, I spent in discomfort, pain; frustration caused by the fact, that it took 4 months to "fix" the problem - root canal and the crown. We made about 15 trips and spent HOURS of waiting for the doctor to give his attention. Once I waiting 3 hours!!! in the room! 2 hours was average, and nothing was done each time I came. I kept asking dr. Ilya 'what are you going to do?' His answer was "I do not know, go home and lets wait". There was a time when dr. Ilya started to work on my tooth and kept leaving the room and kept coming back, it repeated so many times, that when he entered the room.for the 7th-9th time he looked at me and asked "oh, wait, what tooth are we working on?"... it is IMPOSSIBLE for any doctor to do a good job in such a circumstances when he has to attend 5-10 patients at the same time!!! It is so not professional!!! He decided to keep waiting to do the root canal, saying that at that point of his practice, he believed that it was not good to do the root canal as it was better to safe the tooth!! I trusted him. It got to the point he did have to do the root canal, after I personally insisted as I was in an awful pain, felt miserable every day.. I was in pain!!! and discomfort! and I could not chew on my left side from December till August. So, when he started to do my root canal he told me that the tooth was already dead. What was the point take me wait that long?? And suffer??? He placed a crown on permenant tooth while I had puss and blood and white cells coming out from my gum!!!! He did not do anything about it! I had that sore in my mouth for 2 months!!!! Could not eat, could not chew, always in pain. In March, when I onsusted on root canal, he had to cut of and remove the crown.. it was horrible experience! I got my crown done aftet the root canal, it did not fit AT ALL.. He had to order a new one - #3!!!! And!! It did not fit well at all, even after the adjustments/correction. They told me "if your gum hurts its ok it ll get adjusted.".. It never did, I had hard time entire summer, and avoided to chew on that side - waiting for it to get better as the staff of your office and dr. Ilya told me not to.worry about the pain of my gum. Finally, I started to feel more comfortable to chew on that side and after 2-3 weeks the crown cracked while I was eating cheese. I do not want to go through the same horrible experience again! I do not trust there doctor! I do not trust the staff. I asked for a refund for the crown o paid.. plus for moral damage compensation. They nicelly told me to F''' off, knowing that i actually live in the different state now. On top of a these, Dr. Is a smoker. He did not wear a mask while doing the services, and had to smell to his "smoker mouth breath" for hours. Be ready for hours if waiting, for Dr. F BEING THE ONLY DOCTOR who dies 10 clients at the same time.. My friend went to their office to get her fell off crown, they clued it back, but after it fell off again after 7 days and when my friend came to their office, Mila told her that she had to pay again for the service!!!! My friend left and went to a different doctor to fix her problem. One of my other friend i referred, left the office as well, as she waited 2 hours for cleaning!!! And, after she drove from Lake Worth (2 hours or longer) and waiting for 2 hours, and not getting stuff done, she left.

    DISAPPOINTING FIRST IMPRESSION…read more I called this dental office today hoping to become a new patient because I'd seen so many great reviews, but unfortunately my experience with the front desk specifically Jackie wasn't very pleasant. When I explained that my insurance had just kicked in and that I was covered, she immediately dismissed me, insisting that "not all the time it is." I tried to clarify and even offered to provide my insurance information, but she told me I'd have to come into the office first. Later, she mentioned that I could send my information in something she could've just told me from the start. The tone throughout the conversation was very sarcastic and passive-aggressive. When I called back to confirm that my insurance was indeed active. I asked about my potential co-pay, and although I had no issue providing my information, she stated that even with it, she couldn't tell me. She also made a confusing comment about "main" procedures being covered, but when I followed up on that, she changed her wording and broke it down in a way that felt condescending. As someone new to the office, I didn't feel welcomed or respected. I genuinely wanted to schedule here because of the many positive reviews, but my interaction with the front desk left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this, because first impressions matter and this one made me reconsider becoming a patient. As someone who values good service and has a large online platform where I often share my experiences with businesses, I genuinely hope the office takes this feedback seriously. I'm not posting this to "call anyone out," but to encourage better communication and professionalism moving forward.

There are 2 assistants and both are so sweet and always explain the process of what will be worked on for that day. I never have to worry about them pushing treatment that I don't even need or doesn't make sense. Dr. Rothfield explains everything to where I can understand what I need and why I need it. 5 stars isn't enough to give this office because it deserves 10 stars. I am an in-network patient with United Healthcare and had multiple services performed in early 2026. I have been dealing with ongoing billing issues with this office since January 21, 2026, and as of today, this matter is still not resolved. While the clinical care itself was acceptable, the billing practices and lack of communication have been extremely concerning. Despite receiving insurance payments, my account does not reflect any contractual (EOB) adjustments that are required for in-network providers. Charges appear to be based on full billed amounts rather than the allowed amounts under my insurance plan. Additionally, several claims were submitted using incorrect procedure codes, which resulted in denials. These issues were not corrected or resubmitted by the office. I prepaid for services and have paid over $5,000 out of pocket. I have also confirmed the office received and cashed insurance payments, yet they continue to state I have a balance. Based on the payments made and proper application of insurance adjustments, my account should reflect an overpayment. Instead, they have not reconciled the account and have not issued a refund. At this point, it appears they are attempting to collect payment from both me and my insurance for the same services, which raises serious concerns about double billing. I was also told that billing my insurance was being done as a "courtesy" and that I would need to handle denials myself, which does not align with expectations for an in-network provider. I have made multiple attempts via email and phone to resolve this directly, including requesting a call with the doctor. Dr. Jennifer Muir has refused to communicate with me despite repeated requests, making it extremely difficult to resolve these issues. I encourage anyone considering this office to ensure full transparency regarding billing, insurance processing, and treatment estimates before proceeding with services.
