I' have mixed feelings about giving a review about the office. I had such a good experience. I'm afraid if I put out this review, the office will be too busy to see me in the future . This was my third visit to this office, it was a great experience. Carry the office manager really knows how to multitask. I was seen promptly and had an excellent cleaning and x-rays. My dental tech, Angela was painless with an overdue deep cleaning./ Dr. Adler reviewed my charts, went over everything that immediately needed to be done, which was way less work and money than I was expecting. I needed a bridge, and was fit properly the first time no adjustments needed. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Adler for over 25 years. I have referred many co-workers to him and everyone was pleased. He is not only a good dentist but a funny, kind and lovely human being. His twin sister is the receptionist and also a wonderful person! I have personally had a lot of dental work as has my significant other and we have both been pleased with his dental work. Also his fees are very fair. I highly recommend him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Immediately before Covid I moved from Cooper City to Sebastian Florida where a neighbor four houses away is a dentist and where I play tennis with a dentist. Nevertheless, my family and I drive 146 miles each way because of Dr. Adler's skill and personality. It helps that his staff is universally talented and friendly and the office manager is knowledgeable and preternaturally efficient. While I like my neighbor and my tennis opponent, and I dislike driving, nevertheless I gladly and appreciatively drive past hundreds of other dentists because of Dr. Adler's well earned trust. read more

I would have stayed with Dr Adler if it weren't for his twin sister at the front desk. She should NEVER be the person a client deals with. Her customer service is 0/5! She is inept at her job for insurance as well. She cleared my son's insurance then after appointments she said they did not take their insurance and charged for preventative care which should have been 100% covered. I have consistently made payments according to my automated bank pay and she cannot let you speak on the phone without interrupting when I was trying to explain to her that I got a return to sender for a wrong address except it is the correct address. So I went to the office to show her and wanted to speak to the Dr and instead of listening and looking at the envelope that shows return to sender she says to leave or she's calling security? She is so rude yelling just pay your bill! I have! Dr Adler lost 4 patients because of her! Unless Dr Adler calls me personally to make this right with an apology for his twin we will not return. UPDATE: Dr Adler called me personally and had no idea of the situation. He apologized for his sister especially after I showed him the video of her literally pushing me. It would be in his practice's best interest to let his sister go. He said it was unacceptable. Yet nothing was resolved. Adler must be afraid of his bully twin sister I guess. Not a very stand up guy! read more

Dr Adler is the best dentist I have ever used. His entire staff are aslo wonderful. I recomend him to everyone I know.

The worst dentist in the world!!! I would never go there. I was trying to save money, and went to this dentist for the extraction they charged me $200 cash. This "Doctor" changed my life and doesn't want to take responsibility, after the extraction I can't eat normal, I have a bad smell from my mouth. I can't sleep long. Because he took a huge peace of my bone with my tooth. And I have something between my nose and this huge hole for more than 4 months. The office manager is very rude don't wanna let me talk to the doctor and always yelling when I'm calling. Please save your health stay away from this dentist. read more

Adler Andrew, DMD - General Dentistry Near Me - Hollywood, Florida

I was in Hollywood Florida on vacation with my family last week when I had a dental emergency. I did not know any of the dentists in the area so I chose Dr. Adler since he was down the street from our hotel, I am so grateful that I did. Their staff was so kind and took me in within a couple of hours. I am changing jobs and in the gap between changing insurance so I am was a cash payment. I got X-rays examined by the dentist and my dental issue was fixed and cleaned all for under $200.00. I was out of pain and it was a nice experience. The dentist you've been looking for most of your life! I am very fortunate with my teeth. I'm 43, and I took my teeth for granted. After about experience about 15 years ago I sort of backed up on my dental care and I was so afraid to go back. I also was embarrassed! They are in a beautiful clean building, followed all CDC state and federal guidelines. That made me feel great. They took me in and it was favorable all around even the work was minimal compared to what it was in my head. I'm so excited that everything is under control and I have a dentist! Back to my every 6 months cleaning. read more

Avoiding a huge practice run by a money making management company is why I first went to see dr Addler. This is the real deal independent dental practice. Not only is dr Addler a first class dentist and a first class person. The man actually cares about his patients to the point where your well being and satisfaction overweighs turning a profit. Personally Dt Addler has performed procedures to me that cost me less money when he easily could have followed the managed care model putting more money in his pocket. I really can say I feel like I'm part of a family not part of his dental practice. I have come in with unexpected emergencies, dr Addler ability and sharp thinking on a moments notice has sold me for life. I will never use another dentist again, he's that good! And the office manager runs a tight professional ship! I wish I could give in 10 stars! read more

Had a dental emergency, and Dr Adler was recommended by two of my friends. They got me right in, and what a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice, professional, and caring right from the time I checked in. Dr Adler introduced himself and listened to what my issue was. He took a picture of the problem and showed me, explained the entire procedure throughout. The entire staff were wonderful. At the end of the procedure, Dr Adler even called my regular dentist in New Jersey personally, to advise him of what had transpired. I was extremely impressed with everyone, the level of care, as well as all sanitation practices. I would definitely recommend Dr Adler and his staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience, You turned a very nerve-racking time into a positive experience. read more

I am fixing Dr.Adlers mistake. Both crowns fell down after 2 weeks of installation. Every time they fall, i would come to his office to cement them back up. He installed a post without crown lengthening, did everything backwards. Offered me a refund but never gave it to me. NOW I AM PAYING 10X MORE FOR 2 IMPLANTS. ALSO, I had to replace the crown he made for my implant... POOR WORK.. Poor work, own up to your mistakes. My first visit at this office was the best I had ever experienced. Dr. Adler and his staff are amazing. They are all so warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth, Dominique, was the absolute best. I have been getting my teeth cleaned since I was a little girl, and I actually left the office feeling like I had just had my teeth cleaned. I say that to say that she really got down to it when it came to my cleaning. I think I have found a new dentist home. Thank you all so much. Dr. Adler recommended cutting my tooth and add a crown, which I did. after 1 month the crown falls while I was eating, I went to Dr. Adler and he said: "It happens..." he glue it again, after few weeks it happened again, and Dr. Andrew glue it again. Few weeks after I was in China (work), and while I had my lunch, I felt that I swaling something together with the food --- the crown was broke, and I swaled some pieces. A friend took me to the nearest dentist which explain to me that I have to take off the tooth totally, which I did. When I back home, I called Dr. Adler and update him with all the above, and he promises to pay me for a new implant and tooth. Took me about a year and a half until I was ready to start my tooth treatment, I called this week to talk with Dr. Adler and get my money back, but I guess it will not happen .... Dr, Adler told me that this case was about 2 years ago, and his offer is not valid anymore? If your health and tooth are important to you - avoid Dr. Adler services. Ben read more

Dr. Adler and his entire staff are absolutely the sweetest and most professional group of people. They are gentle, caring, and take a conservative approach to your oral health. They are extremely affordable and take care of you like a celebrity. Go see them before they realize they are the best in the business and raise their prices to match their quality of work! This is one of the worst dentist I ever encountered in my life I spent thousands by him went for routine check-ups every 6 months wasn't told that I need a deep cleaning which Woulda ran about $300 because of his negligence receptionist family member his sister told me I had nothing wrong with my teeth no cavities everything was okay when I had a full mouth x-ray when I had gum disease one year later I was told I had all these problems first it started with opening up the gums for surgery to clean underneath the gums which cost 2000 then for him to put a bridge which was about 5,000 it lasted 2 years and then I had to put a full mouth denture upper shame on this dentist shame on his sister I lost my upper teeth all because a deep cleaning would have avoided all these problems be very careful he's funny joking talks while he's working the problem is one man can do for people's job be very careful better to spend more money and go to professionals all this at the age of 48 read more
