I told the idiot at the front desk he should have made a follow up call letting us know. He said "your appointment was already made." They dont call for reminders about appointments or anything and his face gives out nasty vibes. This is the worst place I've ever been too. The only reason he came back today, because after work I couldn't find anywhere else open. Im glad I did though or else I wouldn't have know that they kept the $590 for the retainers which she told me was going to be $399. When they call the dad she made her own price. This is such BS. Why is she still in business?

One of my bottom teeth were in pain, and she did immediate x-rays. Idy couldn't pinpoint what was causing the pain, so her and the doctor were going to look into it and let me know the following day. It shows how much she cares about helping her patients. I feel at ease when she cleans my teeth, and she doesn't pressure me into buying tooth products. First time they claimed I never made an appointment even though I always make one with my husband and then they still tried arguing. This last time they tried calling me less then 12 hours before my appointment telling me they had to change my time by over two hours but my husband could keep his the same so we had to go back and forth before they "called other people" and called me back less than thirty seconds later to tell me it is okay for my original time I scheduled 6 months beforehand. Other than that... this place is AMAZING. The staff here and hygienists are insanely good and thorough with their cleanings and I love how they also give me a little toothpaste to take home when I am finished! I never have to wait long when I check in! Their waiting room is rather small with a handful of chairs but it is never crowded to where I have to stand or wait outside. The place is also very clean and I like that each room has a television that they play music from so the cleanings are never quiet and awkward! A lovely dentist that could use a little help with their last minute warnings and small appointment issues but overall an amazing place with an amazing dentist, Dr. Gonzalez!!!

I have never had anything…read morenegative to say and even try to convince all my friends and family that they should leave whatever existing dentist they have and come see how wonderful it can be. The reason I am reviewing again... We had an emergency last night, and Dr Rick was a superhero! My 13 year old daughter who got her braces off only about 6 months ago had the most beautiful teeth and smile. She fell and caught herself on her face...on Friday at 4:30pm. After two hours in the emergency room and and X-ray telling us her nose was broken Dr Rick and his assistant met us at his office at 8:00pm on Friday, where he was kind, gentle, understanding...all the words you need when your daughter is scared and her front tooth has been displaced and we didn't know if the tooth was broken or what would need to be done. At 9:30pm on Friday night we walked out of the office with a straight smile, some makeshift braces to hold everything in place while she heals and instructions to eat only soft foods for a couple of weeks. I can't say enough wonderful things about the people here. My daughter was so scared when we walked in and smiling when we walked out. Thank you times a million!
