Unfortunately, the visit felt more like a sales appointment than patient care. Despite having straight, well-aligned teeth and never being told by any other dentist that I needed braces or Invisalign, the dentist was very pushy about Invisalign and framed it as the solution to almost everything. My TMJ was barely discussed, and I was told my chipped tooth wouldn't be addressed until after Invisalign, which didn't make sense to me. The upselling continued throughout the visit. I was even encouraged to buy a $200 Oral-B electric toothbrush despite already owning a perfectly good Sonicare. The front desk also didn't clearly explain the Invisalign process and seemed focused on closing the sale. Overall, the experience felt very transactional and money-driven. I really wanted to like this office because of how close it is to my home, but I won't be returning. Other than that they did a pretty good job with the cleaning lol

I want to give a special shout-out to Idy, one of the tenderhearted dental hygienist. It was her first time doing my teeth, and she was quick, efficient, and was very informative. One of my bottom teeth were in pain, and she did immediate x-rays. Idy couldn't pinpoint what was causing the pain, so her and the doctor were going to look into it and let me know the following day. It shows how much she cares about helping her patients. I feel at ease when she cleans my teeth, and she doesn't pressure me into buying tooth products. The team works hard to get the job done and makes sure that their patients leave with no worries on their mind.

First time they claimed I never made an appointment even though I always make one with my husband and then they still tried arguing. This last time they tried calling me less then 12 hours before my appointment telling me they had to change my time by over two hours but my husband could keep his the same so we had to go back and forth before they "called other people" and called me back less than thirty seconds later to tell me it is okay for my original time I scheduled 6 months beforehand. Other than that... this place is AMAZING. The staff here and hygienists are insanely good and thorough with their cleanings and I love how they also give me a little toothpaste to take home when I am finished! I never have to wait long when I check in! Their waiting room is rather small with a handful of chairs but it is never crowded to where I have to stand or wait outside. The place is also very clean and I like that each room has a television that they play music from so the cleanings are never quiet and awkward! A lovely dentist that could use a little help with their last minute warnings and small appointment issues but overall an amazing place with an amazing dentist, Dr. Gonzalez!!!

Making an appointment is very seamless and they give you more than enough reminders for when your upcoming appointment is. They take their time and I love that they do because my teeth always feel incredibly fresh and clean after my cleanings or check ups if I think I might have an issue. Dr Gonzalez is one of the friendliest people that I know and doesn't feel like I am being rushed out when I am talking to him. I am not a fan of the other dentist that recently started because it feels like she is trying to push products such as claiming I have an overbite when my orthodontist has never said anything about it and I have had braces. They are open every day of the week and every other Sunday and their office is very clean and I never feel like I am on top of anyone when I'm here and waiting for my cleaning. A truly amazing dentist and practice that I hope to continue to go for as long as I can! I also love how the rooms have TVs that always have something very common relaxing playing on them whether it is different images of nature or animals. The reason I am reviewing again... We had an emergency last night, and Dr Rick was a superhero! My 13 year old daughter who got her braces off only about 6 months ago had the most beautiful teeth and smile. She fell and caught herself on her face...on Friday at 4:30pm. After two hours in the emergency room and and X-ray telling us her nose was broken Dr Rick and his assistant met us at his office at 8:00pm on Friday, where he was kind, gentle, understanding...all the words you need when your daughter is scared and her front tooth has been displaced and we didn't know if the tooth was broken or what would need to be done. At 9:30pm on Friday night we walked out of the office with a straight smile, some makeshift braces to hold everything in place while she heals and instructions to eat only soft foods for a couple of weeks. I can't say enough wonderful things about the people here. My daughter was so scared when we walked in and smiling when we walked out. Thank you times a million!

My usual dental hygienist wasn't there today but she is sooo great. She is so thorough, detail-oriented, kind, and such a joy to be around.
