In fact, I would encourage even long tenured customers like myself and my whole family to re-evaluate and find a more suitable office to better protect your money, your trust, and your customer experience. In the middle of November, I started the process of moving my vehicle from my mother's policy to my own policy. Fast forward to today, about 2 full months and 4 different reps later, and not only is my policy still not set up and in my mailbox or even my inbox (despite promises I have coverage), but somehow an agent recently "mis-heard me" and removed my existing renter's insurance policy from my account. Nothing in writing - no verification - and yes, it is paid through an entire year that has not come close to concluding - but it disappeared without a trace. So, in my fruitless efforts working with 3-4 reps over at least 2 full months, I somehow have less insurance policy information in-hand and in my account than where I started. (All this to say nothing of the brief period where my mom's car showed up on my policy along the way, as well.) The lack of communication and level of unfitness to be engaging with customers is astounding. COVID has of course posed a number of inevitable challenges that no office or individual can control. Employee separation or termination has been an unfortunate issue nationwide and beyond, but not transferring the account or telling the customer is absolutely within the team's control and was neglected on more than one occasion. The severe deficit of transparency, follow-through, accountability, and proactivity is disappointing to levels I did not know were possible in a matter as mundane as just transferring a vehicle from one policy to another. Due to the need for assured (continued?) coverage and the maintenance of my own credit score, I will this week be paying a monthly policy charge for a policy I have yet to see or hold. When that LONG-awaited day arrives, I may consider editing or removing this post. But no sooner. And I suspect I should have shared this earlier, as perhaps it will light the fires that my own value as a customer didn't seem to light for anyone there. It's clear Navin and team just can't handle the volume right now, so it would appear to be to everyone's mutual benefit for you to take your business elsewhere while they work to dig themselves out.

I recommended this office to my son and he is also their satisfied customer. They are attentive, responsive and I highly recommend this office.
