I came here during my lunch break to pick up the insurance check and to sign over my title since one of their insurers totaled my car. The staff: They seemed very friendly and nice but I feel like the customer service could have went over and beyond. Waiting Area: The place looks pretty clean and there was not many customers here at the time. Overall: It took me about 10-20 minutes to sign over my title and to receive my check. I drove here during my lunch break today to get a price estimate. Long story short - a firehose wasn't properly secured onto the side of a firetruck, and it broke the driver's side view mirror off my car while my car was parked on the street and I was in my house. Everyone at the front desk greeted me as I walked in, and I was taken care of right away. They told me it'd take about 20 minutes to assess the car and I was welcome to use their free wifi and grab a complimentary snack and drink at the counter while I waited. The facility was very open and clean, there were magazines to read, and they had a variety of Flavia coffee and tea, soda, water, and bags of Goldfish and 100-calorie packs of Oreo thins. 15 minutes later, an estimator walked over to me and explained all the line items and details on my estimate and answered all my questions very thoroughly. Her name was Jess, she was so nice and helpful! Overall, despite the unfortunate reason why I was there in the first place, it was a great experience. read more

Having these centers is a bonus. Drop off the car; car rental on site and usually the work (depending on extent of damage) is complete within a week. I was in a accident in January and brought my car in as it need body work. When I picked up the car a week later, everything looked good - so I thought. Fast forward to June and it my bumper is popping off a little. Since the work Is guaranteed for as long as you own the car, I called the service center to see what they could do. The woman who answered, was extremely u pleasant and accused me of doing possible damage. She proceeded to ask "it's been 6 months and you're just noticing this?" She asked asked what I hit etc. I was so mad I just made an appointment and hung up on her. That night, I ended cancelling my auto and home owners insurance with Progressive, as it really bothered me to be as accused of something before knowing the story and or looking at the car first. They lost an 8 year customer. I doubt they care, but there are ways to talk to people and get info. No accuse. read more

I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE with a "managed repair representative" named Joseph Millan. I was involved in an auto accident that was not my fault. An elderly women made an improper turn into my vehicle. It took them 14 days to send someone to look at the damages. The first supplement missed half the parts. I was not satisfied so I sent them back again. Mr. Joseph Millan first didn't understand the difference between an air dam and a factory accessory optional front lower spoiler. I had to physically send him pictures to school him on the difference between parts. He was not knowledgeable at all about anything car related and even the body shop was in agreement that I should ask for a different person. I tried. He was sent back to look at my car again and it was magically totaled. They included a list of parts not needed like a $2,200 ABS modulator. It was clear at this point that they wanted me to go away. Next comes the evaluation of what my 2008 Honda civic is worth after being a "total loss" and SUPRISE AGAIN! I was told it was leaking "engine fluid", another direct quote by Mr. Joseph Milan. I demanded proof of leaking fluid and all I got was a picture of a dirty finger with black grease. Leaking oil is usually light brown FYI. This car was and still is in perfect mechanical condition except for the cosmetic damage caused by the person who hit me. There were so many "issues" with my car that they ended up deducting over $1200 based on pretty much nothing. Obviously, the car is more than 10 years old, there's going to be rust on the hood latch. The rust on the hood latch makes the car worth $228 dollars less according to this sham of a "managed repair representative". Then what really made me cancel my policy after 15 years was the threat made by Joseph Millan that he could make sure "I get nothing." All I want is my car to be repaired. It's now 24 days since the accident and no progress is happening. Stay far away from this company as a whole and if this guy ends up "managing your repair" do yourself a favor and ask for someone else RIGHT AWAY. read more

I have brought my car to this Progressive service center twice in the past year, both times because I was rear ended, and the damage to the bumper was fairly similar. The first time, everything was great. The representatives were polite and the repair was done in a reasonable amount of time. No complaints about that repair. The second time I brought my car here, I had a very different experience. When I brought my car in, I was greeted by the representative, who told me that I was going to be given a Ford Fiesta for my rental car. This was the first problem, because this is too small of a car for my needs, I drive a mid-size sedan. The second problem was that there was some damage on the inside of my car, due to a water bottle that flew forward when I was rear ended. The representative said that he needed to get his supervisor when he saw the damage in the interior of the car. When the supervisor came out, I believe his name was Ralph Delgado, he promptly called me a liar and said that there is no way that the damage could have occurred during the accident. He also told me that, in rear-end collisions, that objects fly backwards, not forwards. He was extremely rude and I considered fixing my car through the other person's insurance. I would not recommend this service center to anyone, even for a small repair, since they are not capable of providing good customer service. read more

I was in an accident that damaged the back and trunk of my car. We called progressive and found they had a service center 20 minutes from my house. I was able to drop off my car and get a rental car quickly. They hooked me up with a red convertible that was beautiful. Between the person at the service center and the customer service rep, the process was effortless. They were in constant contact with me. I received the car the date that was promised. They did a beautiful job. It made a difficult situation stress free. read more

Absolute worst insurance experience of my life. I have had an ongoing issue for weeks now, 3 to be exact. Do not trust their in-network body shops people. The shop they sent my car to made further damages to my brand new 2016 car, inside & out, because of lack of experience and/or lack of care (i.e. gauges in the body, broken roof rack, grease stains, etc.). They still haven't fixed the problem. When I called the service center, I had the most obnoxious women on the phone giving me an attitude. "I don't know what you want me to do ma'am!" is the response I received. How about FIX MY CAR, CORRECTLY. Such a waste of time. Convenience wasn't worth it at the end. I was in an accident . I was sitting at a light waiting for it to change. The driver who is insured with Progressive , hit another drive and forced them to hit me sitting at the light. They hit my drivers side. The Progressive agent Alexis has been rude and unhelpful has been holding up giving me back deductible It has been since May19, 2016 . My insurance company is waiting for them to approve so they can send me a check for $500.00. I am not working and really have to be very cautious with me funds. I would never have this company as my insurance company. Stay away from them. The agent from Progressive really should be fired because of her rude and nasty attitude. The idea of the service station is a good idea however don't trust their auto repairs. Took my car in to get fixed...refused to fix my back up camera claiming it wasn't damaged in the accident.. However upon closer inspection the wires had been cut and not even connected when they tried to put them back together. Then after getting my car back I realized that the body shop stole my jack and tools and trunk flooring from my car! When I contacted the auto place they claimed they had no idea what I was talking about. Progressive also painted my car mix matched color and offered to fix it for more money. Don't trust their repairs. They still haven't been able to close my accident claim and it's been almost a year. So much poor handling with this whole incident. read more

Nice people who get things done quickly and efficiently. Clean, bright place that always seems to be busy. They have a big waiting area, but I was there multiple times and didn't need to wait long. They took care of my right away. They go over the repairs with you. They walk you through everything and talk to you about everything they're going to do to your vehicle. The only downside is that they called me and told me that my car would be finished on a certain day, but on that day, they called me to say that it was on schedule to be finished another later day instead. Finally, they called me 15 minutes before closing to pick up my vehicle. They part didn't make sense to me, but besides that, friendly people. read more

By far the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. From day one, the claims adjuster was insulting and for lack of better terms, a smart ass. My car damage was appraised at over 8 grand and totaled, progressive insisted it was only 2800 worth and would not budge. When my mother quoted to them the words on their own website and said that 3 other body shops must also say 2800 for that number to be valid, she said no this is how we do it 2800 take it or leave it. I requested another claims adjuster after a heated exchange of words where she insulted my mothers intelligence and was very nasty. Because the car was going to be totaled, she told me we would no longer have contact so no other adjuster was needed. Later I hear from her for a claims settlement which was very rushed, I hadn't even been done with treatment yet. Finally after agreeing to the settlement number, I confirmed that progressive would pay all medical expenses and then I would get my settlement. I am now being told after the fact, that they will not cover my emergency room bill. Horrible horrible experience and a nasty claims adjuster, chantel Walden. read more
