His knowledge about the complex world of insurance policies is beyond compare. Every question I had, he answered quickly, confidently, and accurately. Doug cut through the complicated verbiage in by-laws, master deeds, and policies, and presented clear and honest advice. He guided me step by step on what actions to take, and gave me truthful information that others were either misinforming me about or withholding from me.
