When i called to inquire on why my policy went up when it was already established he put me on hold claiming to find out why and didn't even have the decency to explain why he just transferred me to someone else trying to sell me auto insurance claiming it went up cause they removed a discount they gave me cause i didn't have auto insurance with them!! So basically they tricked me into thinking id receive cheaper home owners insurance but really trying to force me into obtaining an auto insurance policy with them also which isnt cheaper than my current insurance company!! During Cov-19 when people are struggling financially State Farm agents are trying to exploit money out of people that they don't have!!
