My arm instantly knotted up with blood. Only then did he check the clearly visible veins in my hand and easily was able to get the IV started. All along, my arm was hurting and I turned to look and my arm had bled all over the chair. Other staff members were kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I also have faith in the dentist who will put in my dental implant in a few weeks when the extraction site heals.

I also wanna give a warning that I cuss a lot, I know that might rub some of you the wrong way but it's one of the few ways I have to express myself that I can use to actually get people to take me seriously and I just have a really bad potty mouth lol but I hope you'll still hear me out and I also included a tldr. tldr: the people here are such idiotic assholes who really don't know what they're fucking doing and allegedly in my personal opinion (so you assholes can't sue me) this office feels like one big scam and I have no clue why Aspen is still affiliated with them or keeps referring patients here because they more than likely aren't even gonna be able to get the work they need done and the High Point office and Dr. Simoncic has been fined on at least one occasion for Medicaid fraud (proof included) I am going to include screenshots of my notes app because I can't fit everything into this box and there's a lot to be said. I know there probably won't be many people, if any who read them but again, I feel like it's important for me to share my experience so that someone else can avoid it if possible. It's offices like this that cause people to not go to dentists. From the moment we walked in, everyone acted like cold, condescending, pompous, assholes with absolutely no bedside manners at all that you can tell think they're better than their patients because they were able to go to college. They also expect you to be able to pay $4000 out of pocket, up front, day of surgery so I guess you're either rich(which you probably aren't gonna need to go here if you are because the majority of people who need dental surgery are) and get to be pain free or poor and left to die from infection. Which piss me off even more, because you know they're all probably living in big houses and driving expensive cars. Don't bother.
