You would think they know what's allowed for BCBS! What a rip off!! I just copied and pasted this from my Google review because I don't want to type everything again…read morebecause it's a lot lmao but I've included all of the screenshots. Thanks in advance to all who read. The original review was just the bottom part but I have been thinking over the past 24 hours and I felt like that wasn't enough for what they put me and countless others through. EDIT:I felt like there were more details worth sharing because if I can save people from coming here, I'm gonna at least try my best or at least give people an idea of whether this are the type of people you want to give your money. I'm going to go into as much detail as possible and it's gonna be long and probably be suppressed but I don't want more people to go in and get more traumatized like I have been. I also wanna give a warning that I cuss a lot, I know that might rub some of you the wrong way but it's one of the few ways I have to express myself that I can use to actually get people to take me seriously and I just have a really bad potty mouth lol but I hope you'll still hear me out and I also included a tldr. tldr: the people here are such idiotic assholes who really don't know what they're fucking doing and allegedly in my personal opinion (so you assholes can't sue me) this office feels like one big scam and I have no clue why Aspen is still affiliated with them or keeps referring patients here because they more than likely aren't even gonna be able to get the work they need done and the High Point office and Dr. Simoncic has been fined on at least one occasion for Medicaid fraud (proof included) I am going to include screenshots of my notes app because I can't fit everything into this box and there's a lot to be said. I know there probably won't be many people, if any who read them but again, I feel like it's important for me to share my experience so that someone else can avoid it if possible. It's offices like this that cause people to not go to dentists. From the moment we walked in, everyone acted like cold, condescending, pompous, assholes with absolutely no bedside manners at all that you can tell think they're better than their patients because they were able to go to college. They also expect you to be able to pay $4000 out of pocket, up front, day of surgery so I guess you're either rich(which you probably aren't gonna need to go here if you are because the majority of people who need dental surgery are) and get to be pain free or poor and left to die from infection. Which piss me off even more, because you know they're all probably living in big houses and driving expensive cars. Don't bother.

My girlfriend had her wisdom teeth removed here. Terrible mistake but it's the only place that her…read moreinsurance would take. They left a fragment of a tooth in her gum, which could be an accident that I can forgive. However, they acted as if she was lying about pain when she called and asked to be prescribed pain medication. Took three phone calls and one from me to finally get them. During a check up to see what the pain was, they blamed her for not cleaning them good enough. Not until going to a reputable dentist, did we discover a tooth fragment that this place missed TWICE and dry socket that they had also missed. If you have a choice, avoid this place.

The last two times I went to see Dr. Son, his dental hygienist ( Kimberly) was very rude and…read morecondescending when she found out I didn't want fluoride in my body or on my teeth. I will continue to see Dr Son, but will never let Kimberly near my mouth again. Dr, son was very nice an knowledgeable. I just can't get over how rude and schoolmarmish Kimberly was. She was a know it all and was clearly closed minded to anything other than the education she was indoctrinated to believe no questions asked. I believe she is probably a trump supporter. Fluoride is a waste stream of aggregate mining, and it is the most available mineral on earth almost, and mine industries have tricked the dental profession to put the poison on our teeth where it can be absorbed sublingual straight into your blood stream, ( A known poison) because they have no way to safely and cheaply dispose of this toxin. Final thoughts, Kimberly is a ignorant ass with no charisma, a closed mind and needs to seek a profession where she does not interact with people. Dr. Son on the other hand was great and very professional.

I went to this office because sleep dentistry was part of the services offered, in the end though I did not need this service, Dr Son proved to be as good as his word and extracted four teeth, two broken off at the gum line, with NO pain. I was amazed, I had never had an easier, pain free experience in a dentists office. The staff was attentive and actually listened to my concerns and did what was needed to make my visit as trama free as possible. For a person who avoided dentists like the plague I have already set another appointment for cosmetic work. Excellent staff and an incredible Dentist.
