The doctors took time to listen and care about his needs physically as well as emotionally. His wounds were treated with great care and healed so well. The Child Life Staff encouraged the whole family and made time in the hospital more bearable (because no one wants to be in the hospital) The physical and occupational therapists were outstanding and encouraging when mobility was difficult. Good Physical Therapy treatment. Good staff. Good equipment and facilities…read more I came to Suite 205 at this Johns Hopkins facility for some low-impact Physical Therapy. The reception area in the office has a number of automated kiosks which make checkin pretty fast, and there are counters for in-person checkin. Receptions-staff is welcoming. The wait was pretty short, with an on-time start to my appointment. The Board-Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist was an experienced professional with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. There was comprehensive communication about my situation, the custom therapeutic plan that I will be provided, and the physiological reasoning. I felt listened-to and well-cared-for. There is equipment in this facility for more extensive work, but I didnt use that on this visit. There's plenty of parking in a dedicated lot. There's a nice deli with an outside entrance to the right of the main entrance. There's a directory and elevators just inside the building. The shared areas are clean and bright.

This office address was easy to find off Little Patuxent in Columbia MD. There was some construction ongoing, so i had to go all the way back and follow a few encouraging signs to turn left an go all the way that way. The. The office was quite visible, not itself under construction, and there was parking right out front. They had let me know that a more complex appointment before mine meant it would be difficult to complete my imaging before their midday break. They offered that, if I arrived a little early, they would try to fit me in. I got here about 30min early, and they were able to accommodate me! The staff was professional. I felt well informed and well cared for. Results were provided in under 24-hours. That was nice.

Here is my review from the Herndon location. Same doctors, just two locations for convenience. ------------------------------------------------------------------- "To say Dr Poulin and Dr Seery are amazing is a complete understatement. I have been coming to them since 2007. I was having issues with my sciatica and had another doctor tell me (at 27) I needed surgery. I immediately left that office, did my research, and made an appointment w/ Dr Poulin. I went from only being able to run 7 miles before I had excruciating pain, to being able to run a marathon only a short 5 session later (and continuing my training). That was 2007. Since then I have run 33 marathons, 2 50-milers, 4 50K's, and 2 24hr ultras - all with the help of Dr Poulin/Seery. Because of them I can keep up my running - virtually - pain free (we all know running hurts regardless, but who needs the extra pain?). I drive 20+ miles to see these two...they are worth the drive and time. Friendly efficient staff…read more I scheduled a low-impact Physical Therapy appointment here at one of Johns Hopkins Orthopedics centers, to catch the same therapist i had met before in Columbia MD. The Pavilion III building was easy to find, with lots of parking. There's a lobby directory if you forget your suite-number, and it turned out that the west entrance which comes in on the 2nd floor would have been closer to the office i was going to. There's was an in-person receptionist in the hall, who helped me be confident i was heading in the right direction. This office was quite busy on a Monday morning. There are electronic kiosks that speed up registration, so the check-in at the counter took about a minute. My appointment started right on time. There was no extra wait. Besides some work in a private office, this location has a large room with various machines and equipment for specific needs. I used what i'll call a recumbent elliptical, by which i mean i was seated, while i moved hand levers and foot pedals, alternating right with left, then left with right. I hadnt seen that machine before. It helped me with directly toning legs and arms, with impact also felt in lower and upper back. It was busy and well-organized. Therapists and clients were all minding their own business, and there were also options offered for additional privacy. I felt welcome and well cared for.
