Unfortunately, none of them hipped me to their absolute no way no how zero returns policy when i made a purchase under duress and need. They kind of had what i needed so in a pinch, I was grateful. When my situation changed, and I would have gladly accepted store credit they said "no way no how!" to my humble request to return or exchange brand new stuff in original packaging. When I…read moreasked why, the guy said its to control traffic and the bus stop is right outside. *gasp* Is he insinuating something about people like me that ride the bus?! It's not fair that those who choose to walk or catch the bus have to walk all the way around building but drivers don't. Dont you think its unfair, that the store front is more accessible to the privileged folk who can afford a car vs those who catch bus or walk? My concerns were dismissed and he clearly didn't take me seriously. It's a shame that this is the culture of the business.

I was having a hard time deciding on a piano. But, over the course of a few months, I was able to come in multiple times and have all the time I needed to try out their pianos. They were very patient and accommodating every time. I always loved how beautifully Jack and Jeff played/demonstrated on the pianos! I finally decided on a beautifully sounding Hoffman V126 upright which is now a lovely gem in our home. Special thanks to Jack for being so personally invested in my growth as a musician, help in choosing the right piano, and recommending wonderful piano teachers who I am now learning from! Thank you Jack, Margaret, Jeff, and Hovig for everything!

I was very impressed with Garron's passion and knowledge of music and the piano and the whole music industry itself and I did not feel like I was working with a used car sales person which I felt like at some other sellers. I highly recommend going to Garron for any of your Piano needs and I hope him and his business is around when I eventually plan to upgrade to a baby grand. He also has an amazing Piano Technician that went out to do the first tuning that I still call on to this day.

Steven, the person who helped us said," If it is more to be done, I will notify before they do the work" I said ok. We stayed for an hour, and I had a great discussion with the owner about jazz guitarist Ted Greene. That was the highlight of the store, and I do encourage people to go and learn the history of the store. I got an email the following day saying my son's guitar was ready and the charge was about 70$!!!! To change strings! I emailed back and said you told me 45. Steven said the tech Clean the guitar, oiled the tuning gears. We didn't ask for that, nor did it need it. He never checked with me about the work that needed to be done. It looked like a way to mark up the service. Beware! I called the store and talked with Steven and said you quoted me 45$ He said, "I am not going to argue with you over the money, and we will give you what was quoted." This wasn't about arguing, this was about integrity. Go to the store for nostalgia and some Martin's but be careful for the services and price adjustments.
