When I called to ask questions they kept referring to a contract I had signed months earlier when I made the appointment, which they gave me no physical or digital copy of to refer back to. This led me to realize only days before the surgery that I was not going to be put under a general anesthetic, which can be very nerve wracking prior to and during the surgery. The Doctor and hygienist were both not communicative during the procedure, which made me more nervous than I already was. Additionally they did not know which teeth they were meant to be removing and I had to correct them just moments before they began. Whether it's my own experience or the ones I heard in the waiting room, they are all uniformly poor at effective and efficient communication. Feel free to go here to get what you need to get done, but don't expect any quality of care.

His procedures are as near painless as any you'd ever find. Once when traveling in Europe, I found myself with a bad toothache. Could not get the cost information on the phone so I had to drive 2.5 hours one way to get that information. The best price the gave me was at least 10,000 more from them. I had to use the online shystem and fillout pages of onformation again as a new customer would just to try to get someone to call me. I was supposed to get a call back shortly and unlike my initial contact which was replied to within a few minutes I got nothing. It was like I was on a list of no reply. I kept working on it untill I finally got someone on the phone and told that person what happened and got a lot of double talk and I let him know I was not letting this go and would get my money back one way or another. From start to finish, he was exceptionally professional, remarkably warm, and so easy to talk to. During my initial consultation, Dr. Paonessa took the time to walk me thoroughly through the tooth extraction procedure and clearly explained what to expect during recovery. After the procedure was finished, he provided detailed, easy-to-follow instructions on how to care for the extraction site to ensure smooth healing. His thoughtful approach completely put me at ease. His office assistants, Barbara and Caitlin, were equally fantastic--friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The office itself is in a house not in an office building on the first floor with its own convenient parking lot. While I don't plan on making tooth extractions a habit, I would recommend Dr. Paonessa and his team to anyone in a heartbeat!

Dr. Ghobadi worked for 2 years to get the implant to secure to my jaw. This has required numerous appointments and procedures. Dr. Ghobadi is a great dentist. He is skilled, personable, and professional. He explains everything to his patients in plain English and answers all questions. Through this process he has done an immeasurable amount of work above and beyond what it should normally take. Several times I told him that I was willing to pay more for the additional work, but he continually refuses to accept any further payment. He is a totally stand up guy and a great dentist.
