Despite multiple calls to the office, I was never put through to the doctor and was repeatedly told that nothing further could be done, and to go to the emergency room. After a full week, I finally managed to schedule another appointment. At that visit, I was told there was no infection and was prescribed two medications--one of which was far too strong for me to consider taking. The very next evening, I ended up spending six hours in the emergency room while they worked to stop the bleeding. The bill was outrageous, and the itemized details state that I had an abscess, with no previous treatment, and still received two tooth extractions. To make matters worse, while performing the procedure, the doctor told his assistant that he didn't like the product being used--completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I could go on, but it was, in every respect, a truly awful experience.

I kept working on it untill I finally got someone on the phone and told that person what happened and got a lot of double talk and I let him know I was not letting this go and would get my money back one way or another. Dr. Ghobadi worked for 2 years to get the implant to secure to my jaw. This has required numerous appointments and procedures. Dr. Ghobadi is a great dentist. He is skilled, personable, and professional. He explains everything to his patients in plain English and answers all questions. Through this process he has done an immeasurable amount of work above and beyond what it should normally take. Several times I told him that I was willing to pay more for the additional work, but he continually refuses to accept any further payment. He is a totally stand up guy and a great dentist.
