A month after we agreed she would represent me, Marjorie put the house on the market, then held an open house, and a day later I had two very good offers. The house sold over asking price! The buyers wanted a quick escrow so there was a lot to do in a very short time after the agreement was signed, and again Marjorie made it all happen quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier with her work and the results! This is my second adventure with Marjorie, as she help me buy the house 25 years ago. Her service has always been exemplary, and I highly recommend her to you both as a buyer's agent and a seller's agent.

Marjorie took a dark and dusty house and made it into a bright and welcoming home that received multiple offers over asking. There was only one weekend in which the house was shown. This was done with just a few cosmetic updates. Because i am located 400 miles away, Marjorie coordinated everything - she even personally hung the curtains in each room! Marjorie is kind, helpful, and professional. I cannot recommend her enough!

I was very pleased with his expertise, dedication and professionalism. I was also really impressed by timeframe in which he sold my home in addition to the price that it sold at! I was a bit unsure as to whether it would sell for the price that I wanted, but Jerry managed to receive several offers on it within weeks. He also provided tips from the beginning to end - everything from the repairs, photos, pricing, open house, offers to review and consider, all the way to the closing process. He basically took care of every question and problem I had as a new seller and had wonderful people to refer me to for the work. (They did an outstanding job!) Even after the sale, he and I still keep in touch and he makes it very easy for me to go to him in regards to real estate advice and tips. I'm currently looking for a new home and have no doubt, turned to Jerry again as a buyer. If you're looking for a real estate agent who puts your best interest at heart, definitely go with Jerry.

I couldn't figure out how he was able to market so exhaustively until one day, I noticed him and his team replacing signs. It was because of this meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for his clients that I didn't think twice before hiring Jerry to sell my home. The process was quick. And even better, Jerry actually helped sell my home for more than I had originally expected.

Its about maintaining standards for safety, quality-of-life, and value particularly for inexperienced perhaps first-time "homeowners" and directors who believe that they're getting solid advice. Read what must be studied for certification and keep an eye on paid advisors to ensure they're working for all members of all skill and awareness-- essentially stockholders in a non-profit rather than primarily for themselves. Or self-manage using the same kind of turnkey software that tempts "professionals" to refuse without being paid extra to follow the law on MAILING individual notices rather than misrepresenting that members must use their electronic online "portal". That's the latest hustle. And from what we observed at an improperly noticed board of directors meeting, last night, they have a lot to learn including what constitutes fraud. Proposing misrepresenting that a restroom by the swimming pool is out-of-order to save money on pool maintenance and janitorial service is also abusing those who pay the $445-per-month assessment, but it is wrong. Certification of managers and disclosures are a good idea that members need to demand as another attendee at last night's meeting said he thought was a good idea when we mentioned watching them and their performance reviews. Stay tuned for updates as this company hopefully grows and improves.
