But all the chairs were in stacks against the wall and we had to get our own chairs and put them next to the table. The specials list was old and torn. The server who helped us seemed shocked that we were there at all... Had almost no customer service skills. The pizza tasted like it came from an easy bake oven cooked by a lightbulb. Cracker-like crust that was not as good as something you'd get at a Casey's. Plastic plates and styrofoam cups for our drinks. Outdoor seating is a picnic table in the parking lot of a busy street. This is not a place to go if you want good ambience, good pizza, or good service.

I ordered my pizza before several other customers, yet somehow 40 minutes later I still had…read morenothing. I finally had to walk up to the counter myself to ask about it. I was told, "Oh, it should be out in just a few minutes." Another 10 minutes passed before my pizza finally came out. When it did, the quality was absolutely terrible. The pizza looked and tasted like something you'd expect from a concession stand, not a sit-down pizza place. Poor preparation, low quality, and clearly rushed despite the long wait. If you're going to make customers wait nearly an hour, the food should at least be worth it. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing from start to finish, both in service and food quality.

Cheyenne who happened to be very sweet and had great eye shadow for the 4th. She was the only one working the floor and the front and seriously busting her ass. There was only 1 other group when we got there and then the whole place filled up in addition to pick up orders. She was managing, serving, taking phone orders, filling orders, and even working the back! She was always very pleasant when we spoke to her and kept apologizing. I really wanted to help her but felt I would make things worse. I really want her to be acknowledged for how hard she was working. It's clear she cares about her job and her customers and should not have been the only one on the floor. Good job Cheyenne the food was great and I hope you got a lot of tips!!
