Long time family business! Great knowledge amongst the owners! They will be our go-to jeweler from here on out.

We had 3 older watches that all needed batteries and possibly repairs, we wanted to give them to our Grandson. 2 were given new batteries and which was done fast and we were so pleased and our Grandson was wowed by the watches. The 3rd watch had a broken link band, plus the inter-workings needed repaired, it was out of our budget range, so my husband told them to throw it on the bone pile. Today my husband got a nice call saying the watch we left behind and did not repair, WAS repaired and keeping good time! When my husband arrived today to pick up the 3rd watch and he was so pleased to see it looking like new; PLUS they took out a link to fit our Grandson's wrist and had repaired the linked band that was originally broken to boot! What a great surprise and now we will be surprising our Grandson with the watch! We were only charged the cost of the new battery! Thank you so much! read more

Outstanding service from the kind people at Dave's Jewelry. From the onset, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. My concerns and questions were all answered thoroughly, leaving me feeling comfortable with the repair process. Compared to other jewelers, Dave's had the most reasonable prices and the shortest turnaround. My repair was completely in a timely manner under the estimated cost. Very impressed with the service here and will return in the future for my jewelry needs. read more

My wife took her wedding ring in for repair following a car accident. She was given a quote of $290 for the repair. She received a call a few days later stating it couldn't be fixed, and that for $1000-$1500 to "who knows how much" they'd be happy to sell her a new mount. They tried multiple times to get us to turn the ring in on our insurance for the new mount. They were going to be gracious enough to give her scrap gold price for the old ring. Around $60. She had another ring she was told could. It be repaired. We then proceeded to go to another jeweler(Fiscus) and we're told no problem. He had no idea what Dave's was talking about. He saw none of the catastrophic damage Dave's was referring to. The ring just needs to have a couple stones reset. He was also able to repair the other ring she was told could not be repaired. I'm not sure exactly what's going on at Dave's Jewelry, but it seems this is something that has worked for them before, since they were pressuring my wife to contact our insurance. I'm afraid we won't be going back. read more

It is difficult to find places that replace watch batteries, or repair jewelry. Dave's has given me the absolute best service for years.

Took in a watch to have it sized. Watch came back with a large scratch on the bezel. Was told "Oh, it was like that when you brought it in". No it wasn't. Was then told "Well this is an old watch so you probably just didn't notice it". No it wasn't. I had just received the watch as a gift and taken it out of the box the day before!! I understand if they made a mistake and need to correct that mistake. Just admit it and fix it. But instead they try to blame anyone else then insult me. Stay far away from this place!! Rude people who will lie, cheat and steal. read more

We stopped in Dave's Jewelry to get a few items repaired. Beyond impressed with the professionalism of each person we visited with. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. We were told one item did not need to be repaired and were shown how the item could be clasped as it was - very helpful to know! Based on that brief experience we looked at the engagement rings and found one that was perfect. Really excellent quality ring and a fair price. I cannot say enough good things about Dave's Jewelry or the people who work there. I always like to support a local business and it was a pleasure to do so. I look forward to doing more business with this "gem" (bad pun ....!) of a store! read more

The owner helped my wife who wanted to do some altering to her ring. She spent the time telling my wife that her diamond wasn't nice enough to be referred to as a diamond, insulted the ring, and got my wife to leave crying. When I called to talk to the owner, she blamed the interaction on my wife and her not having similar enough personalities. She said "Oh, I'm sorry. If I could have done it differently, I would have had someone else help your wife." read more

Good service and I got my ring fixed for a great price! I would definitely recommend!

they were wonderful with coordinating a service for an expensive watch. they were not able to do the work themselves, but handled everything with the manufacturer, updated me through the process, and ultimately charged me a very reasonable fee. great team there!!!! read more
