They also worked with us to make improvements in the original plan. I would give them five stars on Communication, workmanship, timeliness of completion, creativity and follow up. They were also patient and supportive in helping us to make sure to explain what was done wrong by the previous contractor and what was needed to correct it. We ended up with a beautiful backyard that we are very proud of and will enjoy for years to come. Price wise, they're probably not the cheapest you can find, but we learned the hard way you get what you pay for.

AWESOME! 4 hours...Really?…read more WOW! I have never seen a roofing job done so quickly, and SOO well! It looks awesome and they completely cleaned up their work site. All I have left is an awesome roof! They completely tore off all the old shingles from the house and the garage, then wrapped the roof, shingled it and installed new flashing, they cleaned up the job, and were done in 4 hours I can not believe it. And, I have a 30 year warranty as well as a 15 year craftsmanship guarantee. These guys rock! When they told me they had another job and would be by my place at one I was worried because the heavy rain expected the next day. I did not know they would bring a roofing armada fully equipped with everything including a crane truck to lift the shingles to the roof. This crew is amazing to watch. At one point there must have been 10-15 workers working in tandem flawlessly. 4 hours later BAM! I am ecstatic! Thank you Dave, John, and entire crew. I am so glad we chose Roofsmart for our roofing, new gutters, and premium insulated vinyl siding! I heard you guys were good but I disagree, you are superb! Thank you for such a great experience, I was very well informed, with no surprises just the way it should be. Sincerely thankful, Terry Martindale

They explained everything well and kept me informed of what was going on. They had to work on it one day then the city had to clear their part then they came back and did a continuation. They were determined to not dig up the yard they could get it. They found a large cable and a spoon. It was full of roots and they got it flowing again. The drain itself had never been jetted before and it truly needed it. They offered and gave me a veteran discount off the price which helped with the cost. I was grateful to have found them. What a joke. I purchased a brand new HVAC unit years ago from Aspen Aire and its not worked…read morecorrectly since. The only reason I got it was because my furnace went out and I live in a mobile home. Not a lot of people work on mobile home units. I understand that. Lately it's been 76 or as high as 84 degrees in my home. Now ask yourself Aspen Aire, would that be acceptable in your home??? I've talked to Alex multiple times and emailed Craig and conveniently no one will call. They've said "it seems to be working" . At the start of this summer they found a huge HOLE in my ceiling that was never taken care of when the new unit was installed. They won't claim they made the hole but it wasn't ever finished until recently. I did get an inspection done and now it's concluded that possibly the duct work isn't correct. I will post this on every social media form to warn people against using them in the hopes of saving someone the mess I have.
