Poor First Impression - On May 24th at 1 pm, I was traveling in New York when I witnessed two…read morevehicles engaged in very dangerous and inappropriate "road rage." While all of it was childish behavior I was shocked that the far more aggressive of the two was using a company truck. He was driving a white GMC Canyon pickup with ARROWFENCE.NET listed on the tailgate and the company logo and phone number on the door. This guy was completely out of hand, brake checking, riding the center of the road so people could not pass, speeding up, and slowing down. It was dangerous and shocking. Frankly, I did not see the other driver do anything offensive. I am often between Florida and NY and there is no way I would use this company with that unstable hothead running it. The driver must have been the owner because when I called the number on the truck to complain he answered and then hung up the phone. I have a photo and video of the incident for the police. They never provided the information requested, just showed up 10 days later. After about 6 hours onsite, they left without telling anyone - but the job was not complete. When I called the office, Frank said they had another job to go to but they would return the following day., Repair work was good, no complaints there. When it came time for payment, that is where the nightmare really began. Frank called almost immediately after the job was complete asking for payment. Mind you, we had agreed to pay by CC, but then the office staff said that was not possible so we switched to PO/Invoice. Frank said that would not be sufficient so he asked for ACH payment. We agreed. Frank sent us the bank info and we processed the payment. Frank then told us that the account was invalid and we should expect a returned payment. He asked if we could pay by CC. We agreed to do that once we received the return. Months went by where he was continuously asking for a follow up, we continuously said that we were still waiting on the return. We advised them to contact their bank. We were then told everything was FRAUD!!! Oh, and they threatened to come onto our property and take down the fence. Horrendous experience. Do Not Recommend.

The neighbor on the other side decided to put a fence in which is not 6" off the line and they dug into OUR property. They said they HAD to come onto our property to put the fence up even though we have NO TRESPASSING signs. One part of the fence kicks out on the bottom onto our property and they left rocks all over our property. I called them about being on our property and they act like they have the right to do what they want. If I ever catch these asshats near my property again that will be THEIR worst day.
