I think what set these guys apart was the customer service... before, during & after the install, Eric kept us in the loop with everything that was happening, from the proposal, to the contract signing. He took the time to explain the process, and show us the product. There was no pushy upsell or sign now gimmick. We felt like he truly understood our needs and wants and was willing to meet our request. (which they did very well throughout the install) During the install, Eric stopped by multiple times to ensure we were happy with everything. once the project was completed, Eric stopped out again to ensure all needs were met and project was satisfactory.
